We'd like to ask the app to reconfirm with hotel management. The hotel is closed, but room service remains open. Even more disappointing, we couldn't get a refund. We were forced to sleep in an unclean and dusty room, with broken air conditioning, and cobwebs in the guest area. We don't blame Cico Hotel and Resort.

Have been a regular customer here every month. The staff is friendly. For me and my friends, this place is very comfortable. Quiet, lots of trees. Maybe in the future the cleanliness will be improved. Overall, it's the best for Cico Resort.🫰

At first, when we entered, it was like a horror, but it turned out to be a comfortable place for children, especially since there is a river behind the room, so it's great that children can play in the water there.

10 star staff service, really feels like home, suggestions other facilities such as restaurants and karaoke can be reactivated, and the trees in front and behind the house should be wrapped in yellow lights so that there is additional lighting, so that when hanging out outside the house at night there is something to see. totally okay, recommended 100%

Cottage is ok. Clean enough. Rented the standard 2 rooms. But got 3 rooms, only 1 room was locked. So 2 rooms can be used. But the AC in room 1 was dead. Because there were only two of us, so 1 room had the AC on. When we checked in, we turned it on first so that when we returned at night it would be cold. But when we returned in the middle of the night, it turned out the AC was not cold at all. So we were hot all night. Wanting to go call someone was also tiring. Because we had to go up the path to find the person. Luckily it was only for one night. There are 2 bathrooms. But one is dim and dark even though there is a mirror and sink inside. So we only used the other bathroom which is bright. And a glass sink outside.

Actually, I didn't have high expectations when I went to this hotel, because several photos showed that the hotel looked haunted, but apparently it wasn't as expected, the hotel service was very good, and for the price it was worth getting 1 cottage with 2 rooms and 1 outside bathroom. The rooms are also quite comfortable, suitable for family transit. Just put it on some of the hotel walls because they are a bit damp, there are traces of water.

It's quite clean and has a lot of capacity (there are four of us - my husband and 2 children), I feel at home because when I open the back door there is a small river (the sound of the flowing water is quite calming) maybe there is only one drawback (lots of mosquitoes 😆) but I think it's worth the experience stay here.

It was spacious, clean, and staff were friendly and helpful. However, there was no Wi-Fi and hot water during our stay. The location is not the best in the city (in the middle of the suburb with a small road). In general, if you are going to stay overnight with family, without expecting to do much, this resort is highly recommended.

The front office and security staff are very friendly. I was on vacation with my extended family, 5 adults. The atmosphere is nice, cool, beautiful and very comfortable and homey. Suitable for those who are away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Close to Alfamart and Pecel Ayam at night. Needs a little renovation to make it even better. Next time I want to come here again.

The resort is not maintained, a little spooky, the light is inadequate, the price is expensive, at that price it's better to stay at disavero which is only 325 thousand but plus breakfast. The sheets are itchy, I swear I don't want to stay there anymore.

Thank you for the review submitted by Mrs. Sri. Please note that our resort & accommodation in the form of Cottages (2 rooms) & Cottages (3 rooms) are surrounded by lots of shady trees, especially tropical fruit trees, which will definitely look shady and lush. And it is certain that there will be lots of fallen leaves which will usually be cleaned 2x a day. Regarding lighting, in the accommodation / cottages it is certain that it is very bright both in the living room and in the room. For areas outside the cottages (parks and others.) There are lots of scattered light/electrical spots, but considering that our resort is in the open air, it doesn't look bright unlike the hotels in the form of buildings. The accommodation that Mrs. Sri has ordered is in the form of a cottage (2 rooms) at a price of 400 thousand which can accommodate 4 adults + 4 children.
