the best, first check in got a bed in the morning 😆 but asked for a bed, they gave me a bigger bed + room. Alhamdulillah. the best management. the staff are all good. the room and everything else is no problem. perfect 😬😘

The room was late, ready at 4.30, then we could check in. The reason was that there was only one housekeeping staff. There were no towels in the room. When we requested at 6, we only got towels. We were only given 2 when we booked for 3 people, and the bed was 3. It took half an hour to get another towel. The comfort of the room was just average. The mattress was quite bad & I had a backache. The water heater was not very good. The maintenance of the building & the environment seemed quite bad compared to when I came a long time ago. It was also a pity that the staff seemed quite chaotic & not enough. The staff was still cheerful and helpful. Congratulations. The receptionist counter room was also not well maintained. The air conditioning did not function. Please management do something. I love the beautiful place.

Booked and paid for a double-storey room, but were given a family deluxe room. No basic things like soap, coffee and sugar, or mineral water. The TV had no working channels.

The location is easy to find, close to the beach. This resort is ok for families but not recommended for solo travelers. Esp it's not peak time so the resort area is quite quiet. The interior has a very old skool 90's vibe. The best thing was that night there were flying cockroaches, when I wanted to call the receptionist there was no phone in the room. I want to turn off the horror lamp. Finally fell asleep in the wake of an ambush 😅 Hope the management upgrades this resort, it's just idle.

Staff okay and peramah. Tapi bilik kotor. Ade sampah-sampah kecik kat lantai. Air dalam bilik mandi slow. Kolam tak bersih. Selimut ngan cadar tilam patut ditukar baru, ade nyamuk kalau tak pasang ubat nyamuk.

Parking vehicle not so good, the pool also need for maintenance. No breakfast provided, the room just okfor family.

Bilik yang luas dan bersih, khidmat pelanggan yang baik, cuma fasiliti nampak agak lama, kebersihan kolam perlu dipertingkatkan lagi.

The bathroom has no hot water. Turning the pipe to the red side still not functioning.

Water hot water shower not working. The shower door cannot lock. Lot of ants in the room. The room need some repair for there was termite damage on the room walls. The pool and pool area was not well maintain. The resort location is near to the beach, but still quite far to walk.

I booked room for 3 person. The moment we entered the room, there was only 2 towels. When I asked for one more since I paid for 3 persons, the receptionist asked me to paid for rm5. No etiquette. When customer booked for 3. Provoded for 3. Apa gila duit sangat resort ni. Sedikit usang resort ni since building mostly dari kayu. Kalau stay sorang tu, scary sikit la.

Cleanliness is not good, and facilities is also worse.

Masuk je ke bilik dah terhidu bau tak enak. On suis lampu bilik air sahaja berfungsi. Alat kawalan jauh tv tak jumpa sebab tak letak tempat sepatutnya. Macam tak berbaloi dengan nilai yang dibayar. Harap pihak berkenaan perlu perbaiki servis.

Old resort not much expectation.

The hotel should not be given 3 stars. Naturally the room is not accepted in the app for sale. Bad hotel ... old building, dirty and not maintained.

Unique resort design with classic wood and near from the beach.

Spacious and comfortable room, beautiful place, friendly staff.

The pipe head is damaged, loose and easily torn off.

Easy access, cozy and value for money.

In terms of cleanliness it is less satisfying.

Building designed is nice but bit old. Good location as Bukit Keluang just behind the resort and also island and beach just stone throw away.
