I stayed here for business with my husband. I checked in at 8 PM, when my husband and I were finished with all our work for the day. I was hoping for a comfortable stay, not just a place, but our comfort, given our exhaustion from a long day in Kendal. This is when I was a little disappointed because the WiFi in the room was slow and I had to call the staff. The room phone was dead and they said it was still having problems, so I had to manually WhatsApp the hotel number to request things. I wanted to order food because I was tired from the trip. Instead of being able to order food easily at the hotel, I had to WhatsApp and type in my food order. The charger socket next to the bed wasn't on, which was quite annoying. The service from the lobby to the lobby was good. Hopefully, the facilities can be improved to make guests feel comfortable.
