I stayed here for business with my husband. I checked in at 8 PM, when my husband and I were finished with all our work for the day. I was hoping for a comfortable stay, not just a place, but our comfort, given our exhaustion from a long day in Kendal. This is when I was a little disappointed because the WiFi in the room was slow and I had to call the staff. The room phone was dead and they said it was still having problems, so I had to manually WhatsApp the hotel number to request things. I wanted to order food because I was tired from the trip. Instead of being able to order food easily at the hotel, I had to WhatsApp and type in my food order. The charger socket next to the bed wasn't on, which was quite annoying. The service from the lobby to the lobby was good. Hopefully, the facilities can be improved to make guests feel comfortable.

Sofa and bed were very run down. Rashes appeared on body after 1 night sleep on the bed. Aircon also not function. Not sure why they call that a suite. Ordered beef rib for dinner, the meat is so tough. Sigh.

The room is quite clean, the location is close to KIK Kendal, the service is good, the food is quite okay.

I had a sudden need to visit the Kendal area, so I booked a room at Sae Inn Kendal and got one in the garden area. The room and surroundings were comfortable, especially since I was staying with a baby and an elderly person. The staff was friendly, especially the security guard. A problem with the shower in the parents' room was immediately resolved by the friendly staff and technicians. There's a coffee shop on site. Next time I need to visit the Kendal area again, I'll definitely stay at this hotel.

Nice bed but it’ll be good for them to redo their bath area. Poor waterproofing that water didn’t flow into the drain efficiently after used.
