Cheap prices with complete facilities, lots of children's games, there is an indoor playground, swimming pool, trampoline, etc., the signal is difficult and the wifi often goes out.

My first stay at this hotel was very satisfying. All the staff were very friendly, from security to reception, and everyone else. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and TV worked well. Most importantly, for me, as a family with small children, the place is very kid-friendly. I stayed there with my child, and on Sunday morning there were kids' activities. My child was delighted to receive snacks. The facilities were also complete; my child could play basketball, soccer, use the trampoline, and swim. It was a wonderful experience for me and my family. Thank you, Grand Diara.

To Puncak, I think it has to be a cool environment, so I've been going back and forth looking for the Ciloto area, but the problem is the journey that takes time... First time here and will come back again for many reasons... Not far from the toll gate, the room is clean, the AC in room 311 is really cold..... Indeed, the Cisarua area is not cold enough but the room AC is really great.. The swimming pool is 1.2 m and the distance is too short... The most addictive thing is the CHAMPION breakfast... I tried all the menus (take a little bit) and my rating is 8.5/10.. Plus the view at the restaurant is a mountain view... Oh yes, for additional breakfast for children above 4 years old, it's 50 thousand... Thanks Grand Diara ⭐

The room was quite clean, but there was still a lot of dust and hair under the bed.

The hotel is close to the Puncak highway, the room is not that spacious but clean, the bed is wide, there is a balcony that can see the view of Puncak, the swimming pool is not that wide but it is quite fun for the kids, there is also a playground,,, a complete package,,, you can choose a twin or double bed, there is a small refrigerator, there is also a restaurant above the hotel,,,, so you can see the view while having dinner/breakfast. Breakfast is standard, 7/10 quite a lot of variations,,,, only the taste can be improved,,,,

Very affordable hotel with quite complete facilities

Have stayed here several times and always liked it, firstly because the hotel price is not expensive + includes breakfast, clean, the children's play area is quite a lot and clean, the staff is friendly. Yesterday's stay didn't seem too much, at first the receptionist said for BF to be delivered to the room to be sure later call press number 3, but the next morning I called the restaurant, they said it was open buffet, finally I could have breakfast at the restaurant with a nice view. Definitely stay here again later, good luck.
