The staff is very friendly and helpful when there are problems with broken keys and errors.

The breakfast available was only fried chicken and fried tempeh flour, porridge with vegetable soup (without topping), cut fruit. But what really needs attention is the quality and freshness of the chicken, because when I ate it turned out to smell stale (it was no longer fresh when cooked).

Gym space and equipment need to be updated.

Room: quite spacious and clean. (But there is some furniture that is no longer suitable/damaged) ex: wardrobe. Food: adequate, it would be good if there were employees on standby at the breakfast place, more careful in serving food. Employees: friendly and helpful.

Setelah checkout dan check-in harga berubah lebih murah selisih dari yang saya bayar 100rb lebih.

In the middle of Tanjung Redeb City, looking for easy food, leave the hotel, turn left, there are many restaurants. The big mosque is just across, but sometimes the AC isn't cool enough in some rooms, hopefully it'll be fixed.

Overall quite good, which is still lacking in the breakfast menu which is not too varied and tastes standard.

The room is quite spacious, clean, the room lighting is quite okay, it's just that breakfast is still delivered to the room, not a buffet like other hotels with prices below the Grand Parama Hotel & for room numbers 301 & 321 the AC is not cold enough.
