Stay here for several times, but not always get the same unit. Next door with G.E. hospital & pharmacy. So far all is good.

We ordered 2 bedrooms but were only given 1 bathroom. And all the bathrooms are outside.

It was dissapointed, the room is dirty and the bathroom smelly. The air conditioner also wasn't working well

The mattress was thin and the TV didn't work for 3 days. The technician didn't understand, and there was no service at night.

The room is comfortable and clean, check in and check out is very easy, you can get discounts if you shop at the Ole-Ole Marlene Suites and Sbuks Center, close access to everywhere, the building is next to Gleneagles, Wellings Pharmacy, close access to places to eat

The staff service was unfriendly and take time for check in.

Friendly staff and close access to the hospital

Every time I visit Penang, I stay here because of its great location and strategic location. It's next door to Glenagles Hospital, and downstairs is a minimarket. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped.

The apartment is spacious, we took the studio family room, complete equipment includes air conditioning, television, washing machine, water kettle, etc. However, it is located far from culinary but close to the hospital.

good place to stay, have clean room and near hospital and pharmacy

to find food is a bit difficult because you have to grab again.. there is no food around, under the apartment but there is a supermarket, starbuck. next to gleneagles hospital

It was really bad experience The photos on apps are totally different from actual Jet shower is broken Tap wash is working improper Mousy room with bad ambiance I will not go back to this place ever

next to Gleneagles Hospital, very helpful for those who need treatment at Gleneagles Hospital, there is a minimarket and Starbucks in the lobby, there is also a Welling pharmacy in the next building

The bathroom smells, it's dark, the sheets aren't clean, the mattress is flat and uneven (curved in the middle) and you have to pay another RM60 for a 5-day stay, they said you had to pay tax and when you got home the sheets had a little stain, you had to pay RM50 😞, if you check out more than 1 minute, you also have to pay a fee
