Friendly staff, close to the Great Mosque of Riau. Great for a staycation.

The staff is friendly, the mattress is still comfortable to sleep on, unfortunately the sink drain goes directly into the toilet.

The room is clean, the AC is cold, there is hot water.. Overall ok

A budget-friendly hotel, if you're looking for something, I'd recommend adding some soap next time. Overall, it's pretty good.

For standard rooms, it has exceeded expectations, cold AC, hot water, TV with many channels, clean room.

For a 2-star hotel, the facilities are quite complete, especially the hot water shower, whereas some 3-star hotels seem to reduce the intensity of their hot water shower, this hotel doesn't.

The hotel is old and needs repairs.

For that price, what I got was quite worth it... the air conditioning was cool. The only downside was that you couldn't smoke in the room. Luckily, there was a smoking area that was quite comfortable and cool.

Strategic location near WTC, near traditional market, easy to access.

The room was quite big but when I first entered the room I could smell a really pungent smell of urine and there were stains on the sheets.
