The hotel is clean, comfortable, close to the city, and budget-friendly. It's within walking distance of the WTC and Jambi's central market.

The door wasn't very clean, and there were marks from an AC leak. The bed was hard and squeaky, the shower had a strong, steady flow, and the AC was cold.

For a 2-star hotel, the facilities are quite complete, especially the hot water shower, whereas some 3-star hotels seem to reduce the intensity of their hot water shower, this hotel doesn't.
