The AC is not cold, the bathroom smells sharp and the bedcover is in a dull condition.

Not maintained, the front lobby is messy, the elevator is hot, the room walls are peeling, the broken sink faucet was not fixed or offered to move rooms, the bathroom smells, no tissue provided, the trash can is only in the bathroom, the towels are moldy.

The location is strategic, close to campus, lots of food around, limited motorbike parking, close to the pharmacy.

Worth for money, if it's just for bathing and sleeping it's not a problem, yesterday the room key was problematic, even using a metal key, the smell of the toilet penetrated the room so it smelled really bad, towels and soap dispensers are available, other toiletries bring your own, hot water for bathing is safe, no electric kettle, TV don't know how to turn it on burez, but it's not necessary because it's always out, maybe there's no make up room service, stayed 2 nights, 2 mineral waters were prepared in the room during the stay.

The elevator was old and had been out of service, even though the hotel went up to the fifth floor. The bathroom, towels, and sheets were damp, and smelled unpleasant. There was no parking arrangement for hotel guests.

Please check the soap dispenser, if it is a press-type dispenser, please check it to prevent damage to the device.

It turns out the bad reviews on Google are not true, the place is comfortable, clean, the staff are friendly, only the fried rice is a little less salty.

Bring your own soap because you won't get any amenities.

For that price, it's very affordable and well worth it. The air conditioning is cool and the TV works. However, it's best to bring your own amenities, as the hotel doesn't provide them.

We got a room facing the street, which was really noisy. The door didn't close properly, and we could hear voices from outside the room next door.

Awesome budget hotel... A shophouse converted into a guesthouse. Comfortable bedroom. However, when I stayed, the hotel staff was less than proper and professional. When I first arrived, I was given a double bed room, even though I had booked a twin bed. When I was in the room, I suddenly got a call and was told to move to a twin bed room. When I moved to a twin bed room, there was no TV remote in the room. I waited a long time, and when I wanted to go out for dinner, I was told that the TV remote was gone. Even though there was a TV remote in the double bed room and it remained empty until the next morning. As a result, my child didn't watch TV/entertainment all night. :(

A convenient transit option. Wi-Fi connectivity issues on the second floor may require a signal booster extension. Otherwise, the experience is quite good.

It fits my budget, right? The room was clean and comfortable for the price I paid. I only needed to rest, so I didn't need any other amenities.

It turns out I just arrived here and reviewed the poorly maintained lobby. The rooms were far from clean. The bathrooms smelled.

It's always a pleasure to stay here. It's close to the center of activity and shopping for daily necessities. There are plenty of dining options. My balcony light happened to be broken, so please fix it. Hopefully, it continues to improve.

Overall, I'm satisfied. Unfortunately, the towels were a bit musty. It's best to bring your own toiletries.
