No water heater provided. mattress and blanket was so smelly. if you bring family and babies, this place is not suggested except ure backpackers style.

The room and surrounding was okay but the safety is not. I lost 2 jeans and a pair of shoes my last day here.

Rooms are not tidy daily, towels do not change until the customer requests. TV n fridge is provided, but that's basic.

The management system so bad. The way they treat customers is very bad. They also off the wife on the guest. The hotel is not clean. I don't recommend anyone to stay in that place. No service for guests.

Didn't meet my lowest expectation. The hotel has no proper signboard! Water to shower was smelly.. room was hot with slow fan and unfriendly reception. Don't recommend.

It should be provide 24hour machine hot water/cool water because this chalet don't provide us the water heater.

The facilities are not well-provided. Some of the lights bulb in the room are not functioning. There's no sign direction for praying.
