The AC is not cold enough, if you want to make a call there is no phone, instead you are asked to scan a code, when you scan it you are asked to enter the room number but it doesn't work either, the room lacks privacy and you can see the room next door.

I just found out there's a hotel across from my office. So I'm not rushing to get to the office.

1. Check-in time was very long, with only two staff members operating, and more should be added. 2. Room cleanliness was lacking; the floor in the junior suite left dirty marks on its feet. 3. There was still hair left in the corners and other spots. 4. The cables were not arranged neatly. 5. The TV signal was poor, resulting in problems with some channels (YouTube, etc.). 6. Towels were not changed daily, only every two days.
