My son enjoyed his vacation here, and God willing, he'll come back again. It's absolutely fantastic.

My stay was fine throughout. However, the sheets and pillowcases in my room looked like they hadn't been changed. They were a bit shabby. The WhatsApp response was very slow.

Every time I go to Makassar, I always stay at MaxOne with my family.

My first impressions of staying here were very pleasant. The staff were friendly, the rooms comfortable, the restaurant had a wide selection of menu options, and the access to the city center was quite quick. A plus was the outdoor play area for children.

The hotel is quiet, with a nice lobby interior. The receptionist's JRO/help desk is okay. It's just a shame that the service in the rooms and restaurant is limited; the 3S needs to be improved. Thank you.

This is my first time staying at this hotel. I initially searched for hotels through an app, and coincidentally, I was planning to stay there to take my child on vacation. After looking at the photos and comments from previous guests, I finally chose this hotel. When I entered the room, I was surprised there were no drinks in the room, but there were glasses, coffee, and tea, and there was no telephone to connect to the front desk either. This was my first time in a hotel like this. But there was a dispenser in front of my room. Oh, now I understand, maybe the hotel is reducing plastic waste. And to contact the front desk and the restaurant, you only need to scan the barcode. There is a children's playground, a nice swimming pool, a clean room, and it makes for great photos. Alhamdulillah, my child and I were happy.

I read the good reviews, but when I got there, I kind of regretted choosing this place. The food wasn't very tasty and there wasn't much variety. The bedroom wasn't very clean. The swimming pool didn't feel like it was in a hotel; it was very muddy, and I was really scared of falling in. A 4-star hotel, but it felt like a 3-star hotel. I kept checking my phone to see if it was really a 4-star hotel. It turned out to be a 4-star hotel, but I'm sorry, it's far from it.

The place is cool, lots of trees, suitable for morning walks.

A comfortable hotel. Close to everything. Plenty of outdoor space, so it doesn't feel cramped.
