1. Check-in time was very long, with only two staff members operating, and more should be added.
2. Room cleanliness was lacking; the floor in the junior suite left dirty marks on its feet.
3. There was still hair left in the corners and other spots.
4. The cables were not arranged neatly.
5. The TV signal was poor, resulting in problems with some channels (YouTube, etc.).
6. Towels were not changed daily, only every two days.
