My first time staying at this hotel, I was satisfied because it was very kid-friendly, my kids were happy, there were many swimming pools, a gym, an indoor and outdoor playground, and a massage chair, all free of charge. The food was also delicious and varied. However, the room wasn't soundproof because the sound of children playing in the pool could be heard up to the third floor, as I happened to get a room on the third floor. This hotel is recommended for those with children because they will definitely be satisfied.

Overall everything is okay, only sometimes there are some reception staff who may be less friendly and look at guests from a physical perspective so that there is a real difference in service to each guest.

The room wasn't soundproof, especially since it seemed to be a family-friendly space. There were a lot of children staying there, so noise was audible, especially when they played in the hallway. Otherwise, it was fine.
