Stayed here for 3 days and it was pleasant, the hotel was clean and the service was satisfactory.

This is my first time staying at this hotel. I initially searched for hotels through an app, and coincidentally, I was planning to stay there to take my child on vacation. After looking at the photos and comments from previous guests, I finally chose this hotel. When I entered the room, I was surprised there were no drinks in the room, but there were glasses, coffee, and tea, and there was no telephone to connect to the front desk either. This was my first time in a hotel like this. But there was a dispenser in front of my room. Oh, now I understand, maybe the hotel is reducing plastic waste. And to contact the front desk and the restaurant, you only need to scan the barcode. There is a children's playground, a nice swimming pool, a clean room, and it makes for great photos. Alhamdulillah, my child and I were happy.

I read the good reviews, but when I got there, I kind of regretted choosing this place. The food wasn't very tasty and there wasn't much variety. The bedroom wasn't very clean. The swimming pool didn't feel like it was in a hotel; it was very muddy, and I was really scared of falling in. A 4-star hotel, but it felt like a 3-star hotel. I kept checking my phone to see if it was really a 4-star hotel. It turned out to be a 4-star hotel, but I'm sorry, it's far from it.

The place is cool, lots of trees, suitable for morning walks.

Not bad for a few tiring days.

We strongly recommend not staying here during a family vacation. The check-in process was slow, and the room wasn't ready yet. There was a lot of dust under the table. Room amenities were also minimal, with no wardrobe or hairdryer. Towels were changed every two days. Breakfast was okay, with plenty of choice, and the restaurant was spacious.

I've stayed here several times and have never been disappointed, always satisfied. It's perfect for families; bringing the kids is a real treat.

The yard is spacious and the parking area is also spacious.

Check-in was slow. It was already 2:00 p.m., but the room wasn't available. We had submitted our ID cards to customer service at 12:30 p.m. We were given a room at 2:20 a.m., even with a strong complaint.

The room AC is not cold enough. I reported it the second day and it was not responded to. The balcony area is not maintained, dirty. The breakfast menu is not appetizing. Thank you, I hope you will pay more attention in the future.

For a hotel of this price, it's pretty good! The breakfast is also delicious... the room is comfortable.
