I stayed at ARTOTEL Sanur Bali for two nights, and what stood out the most was how friendly and helpful the staff were. I was traveling with my 10-month-old baby, and the staff were especially helpful during mealtimes. As you can imagine, feeding a baby can get a little messy, but the staff were always very quick and kind in helping us clean up. It really made our stay feel much easier and more comfortable. The location is also excellent. The beach is very close and can be reached in around a five-minute walk. The beachfront area itself is quite pleasant, with relatively gentle waves and a nice atmosphere for spending time by the water. One small downside is that the beachfront path can sometimes feel quite busy with bicycles. It is meant for both pedestrians and cyclists, so there were a few moments when we had to be a little more careful while walking. Overall, ARTOTEL Sanur Bali is a very comfortable hotel in a great location, with genuinely warm and helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay, especially as a family traveling with a young baby.

The hotel's location is quite close to the downtown area, restaurants, and malls. The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious, and you can even have coffee right in the restaurant. If I have the chance to visit Sanur again, I will definitely stay at Artotel again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but I'm sensitive to humidity and the room smelled musty (it turned out that when I checked, the wood in the bathroom was brittle and being eaten by termites). I called the receptionist, and they tried to find a solution, even putting a dehumidifier in my room. They also called me several times to make sure I was comfortable and okay. The service was good, and the location was strategic, just a few meters from the beach and a great place to enjoy the sunrise. The only thing that made the room uncomfortable was the humidity and musty smell.

I really enjoy staying at Artotel, loveeee this place. but unfortunately I’m unable to extend my stay coz hotel take any additional bookings before I confirm to extend , and check out. and the room is fully booked. :(

The staff is friendly, responsive, and very helpful. The hotel is clean and quiet. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of food. It's a good hotel for the price.
