The hotel staff is friendly. The front office is good. The room cleaning staff is always active in returning mineral water, tea, coffee, and others without being asked. If you want coffee, there's Harvest. If you want food, there's Boplo. Satset is delicious. If you want other things, the food is close by. The only downside is the small cockroaches in the bathroom. This needs to be addressed. It's a shame because the hotel is in the city center and the service is good, but the maintenance needs to be improved.

Check-in was handled quickly. Because I was staying for quite a long time, I was upgraded by the lady. The front office was friendly... kind... and when I was in the first room, the AC wasn't cold and the room was damp, I was moved to another room with a cold AC. It's just a shame that the bathroom didn't look clean enough because there were lots of small cockroaches. Maybe they can pay more attention in the future.

I would like to start by expressing my appreciation for the hotel staff; their service and hospitality were truly excellent. However, I experienced a major hygiene issue during my stay that needs immediate attention. There were cockroaches in my room, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. I reported this issue directly to the reception, but unfortunately, no action was taken and there was no improvement or room change offered. I highly recommend the management to urgently address their pest control and improve how staff handle direct guest complaints. It is a shame that such a great service team is let down by this issue.

The room, location, and ambience were actually very comfortable, but when I stayed the AC in the room was not cold at all, I booked 2 rooms, even though the other room was very cold, I had reported it and asked for it to be fixed while I was out, the response was quite good and it seemed like there was an effort (when I entered the room the electricity was already on) but still the AC was not cold at all, I didn't even use the blanket because it was so hot, please pay attention to this because I think the AC is one of the standard and important components in the room, the Wi-fi connection is not good (swipe the position the signal is lost) please fix it too
