Actually, I stayed here yesterday for a while. When I asked for a room with a front view, the receptionist said in a harsh tone that the room with a street view was for the manager's residence (I was also in a room with the same price as the one with a front view), well, that was his office business, I don't need you to explain about the hotel room for your manager's residence, if you were more polite, maybe I would understand. Then finally I checked out and moved to the ibis hotel, which was nicer and the interior wasn't dark and stuffy. Maybe the theme of Max One is industrial, but it felt shabby, dark, and lacking air. The receptionist I met was named Adit, if I'm not mistaken
