The staff was friendly. However, the room cleanliness really needed attention. There were lots of small cockroaches and spider webs. It looked like the room hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The breakfast menu had very little variety.

I chose Max One because it was within walking distance to and from St. Carolus Hospital. The room, along with the facilities and services provided, were generally good. I was lent an umbrella and a hairdryer. Thank you.

The first experience of staying at this hotel is very comfortable, clean, good and complete facilities, the price is pocket-friendly, the location is very strategic in the center of Jakarta, making it easy to access various other places.
