First, we were greeted with friendly service. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. They smelled good. The location was close to the city center. It's a comfortable place for families.

The hotel staff was friendly, only the bathroom door was broken, it was fixed immediately, but we had to evacuate temporarily while it was repaired, luckily we were staying with family.

Bad service, not recommended. The customer service staff didn't explain the hotel's rules and SOPs at the beginning. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms, so my husband didn't dare smoke in the room because he had children. Our family of four (a 1-year-old and a 4-year-old baby) arrived at the inn around 10 p.m. from out of town. We were really tired and wanted to rest, especially since our baby was sick. When my husband registered, the customer service staff didn't explain the fines for smoking in the room and that cigarette butts shouldn't be thrown in the bathroom or in the trash. Even though the registration form had rules, who would read them? We were resting. And we didn't break them. We absolutely didn't smoke in the room or toilet. In the morning, my husband was smoking outside and threw his cigarette butt in the toilet trash. (He needed water to put out his cigarette. There was trash outside, but not for smoking.) So, he threw his cigarette butt in the toilet trash. Smoking is allowed outdoors, right? When we were about to check out, we were fined for finding a cigarette butt in the room trash. Even though we had been told not to smoke in the room, we had a baby and a toddler (they should have used common sense). And we were forced to pay the fine even though we hadn't broken any rules. The customer service team also refused to take the blame for not explaining the hotel's rules/SOPs from the start. Furthermore, the AC wasn't cold, the mattress made my skin itchy, and the hot water didn't work. I definitely don't recommend staying here. The coffee shop was okay. The service was bad, bad, bad, very bad👎

A good choice for staying in the Gunungkidul area. If you want to play at the beach, it's about 30-45 minutes away. Grabfood/Gofood are still accessible if you want to order food. It's not too far from the main road, just a little way into the residential area. The room is spacious, but it seems like the bedsheets and other things aren't well-maintained because some parts are torn and still used. The staff is quite friendly. Upon check-out, the staff received the key and immediately checked the room to see if there were any items left behind. Sure enough, our child's pillow was still covered by the blanket. Thank you for the service.
