Good, friendly staff, cleanliness is okay, no regrets.

The hotel staff is friendly but the facilities are lacking, such as the condition of the toilet and hot water, which should be there but cannot be used.

I'm really happy because the AC is cold and the room and toilet are clean, so I can sleep soundly.

The receptionist was very friendly, we were escorted to the room. • the parking lot is spacious • The furniture is indeed a bit old-fashioned but the room is clean and the AC is super cold, the downside is the sound of the AC and the bathroom blower which is noisy and quite disturbing. The bathroom drain is a bit clogged but still okay. • The breakfast menu is quite simple, there is uduk rice with stewed egg side dishes, fried tofu slices, fried tempeh, cucumber pickles, peanut sauce which is super delicious in my opinion, there is also bread and cake. • in my opinion for the price of almost 350, the facilities are a bit lacking

Major things (for me): The hot water takes a long time to heat up, it really takes 10~15 minutes from opening the tap to get hot and the water flow is quite small in the hot water position. Minor things: 1. The TV remote battery ran out, so I could only watch "Keluarga Semut". 2. The breakfast menu is delicious. There is fried breast milk, rice vermicelli, and 2 types of side dishes, pickles + chili sauce. There is bread + 1 type of jam + toast. But maybe it could be improved in terms of daily variations and adding butter + fried/boiled eggs. 3. The coffee spoon was added, you can stir with a tablespoon, but it's too big if you stir in a glass the size of a cup. 4. The door needs to be pushed a little to be locked. It's not difficult to open and close the door lock, but it's a bit troublesome because you need to press the door. Positive: 1. Although the furniture is quite old-fashioned, it is clean, not dusty. 2. There is an Alfamart a few meters away. 3. At night there are many food stalls around the hotel. 4. Parking is quite spacious. If you just want to "sleep over", it's worth the price.

Room facilities especially doors, bathroom facilities, towels and others are not provided upon check-in, provided upon request. Whereas these facilities are standard in all hotels.

Not as advertised because there is no bathtub

Bed sheets, blankets and towels should be cleaner and it is time to replace them. Bathroom cleanliness should be totally cleaned.

The bathroom had no shampoo, the water heater didn't work, it was dirty, there was no tea or coffee, even though the price of 370 should have been quite good.

Bathroom cleanliness must be greatly improved, especially the water channels from the shower and in the closet area.

Because there were few visitors at that time, the breakfast facilities were only undercooked fried rice, the choice of bread was only available after being requested.

The receptionist staff service is polite and informative, the restaurant staff is communicative and friendly. But the cleanliness of the bathroom really needs to be improved, the water flow hole may be clogged. The used water for bathing takes a long time to flow.

Check in at 23.30, the room was not ready. The bathroom was only filled with an opened used toothbrush, no tissue, the bathroom floor was clogged so it flooded when used for bathing as in the photo

Room was not well prepared when we arrived, No Tissue, No coffee station, No telephone, TV not working, No Restaurant, a lot mosquito. Morning receptionist was verywelcoming and helpful. Night Receptionis was careless.

The hotel is so scary! I got the top room.

The room smells damp, the sheets are not clean, the sink leaks, the wifi can't connect & there is no trash can in the room. With a room price of Rp. 377 ke, the room maintenance should be much better.

Bangunan terlalu tua, Untuk lobby dan fasilitas luar sebenarnya tidak masalah, tapi untuk kamar yang justru paling penting, kuno dan tidak terawat, kamar mandi apalagi. Untuk AC lumayan, tapi air panas tidak hangat sama sekali. Dapat lantai 3 tapi tidak ada lift. Lumayan juga kalo yang senang bolak balik. Sarapan hanya 1 set lauk, dan saat itu begitu melihat saya urungkan niat untuk sarapan. Untuk harga 370 saat itu, ini sekelas hotel harga 100 ribu kalau di jakarta. Point plus = parkiran luas, sebelahan dengan karaoke. Alun dekat alun-alun kota. Depan hotel ada makanan yang buka sampai malam. Ada alfamart dan apotik yang tidak terlalu jauh tidak terlalu dekat.

Cukup lumayan untuk hotel bintang 2 di Indramayu.

Pelayannya jelek banget, kondisi kamar juga jauh dari ekspektasi! Tolong buat para receptionisnya di perhatikan, supaya lebih ramah sama pengunjung!
