Dirty and smelly mosquito coils, the location is difficult to find, When I came and saw the conditions were not suitable for families and immediately I decided to look for another hotel. The image applied is not the same as reality. Hopefully other users are not fooled like I experienced.

Fun, the staff are very friendly, check-in time is very fast WiFi is also smooth. Unfortunately the hot water in the bathroom is not there, the access road is quite lunge. But overall is very pleasant if to find peace. thanks.

The check-in process is too long because the clerk is not present. WiFi does not exist even though facility info is included. The swimming pool is too far from the inn. Room facilities only 1pcs towels, TV, hard mattress, small blankets and drink to take in the dispenser outside the room.

very disappointing me !! this is for learning, for those who want to order, we have to be patient because to be able to enter the chekin room requires a very long and convoluted time, because this villa consists of 3 parts 1) traveloka 2) oyo 3) pnya villa, already a place for parking the car not wide is very difficult to climb very steep ,, to my horror, pling cmn 4 cars that are also shared with motorcycle parking. the swimming pool was under 10k, too, because there was no villa, in the description there was a swimming pool, and there was no hot water, unfortunately I brought a toddler if there was no hot water !!

Facilities are very lacking in towels, soap, trash bins, clothes hangers there are not many insects, even my feet are bitten by spiders drinking water is not available in the room, hot water for cooking instant noodles just no hygiene is very bad.

The place is in the evergreen hotel, so the most convenient access is from there, Pangrango villa, the place is rather difficult for xl signal but convenient for a break, the hotel response is contacted to confirm the place, but my suggestion is that the maps are improved ..

Really Penang, honestly was afraid because I saw a review that said not good. But for me personally and family very happy.
