Everything about my stay here was a pleasure. From the friendly and helpful staff, to the clean rooms, the complete hotel facilities, and the delicious breakfast.

The food was all delicious, the nasi liwet was delicious. There were many stalls, the rooms and hotel area were very clean. The staff were very nice, there were really helpful and friendly staff everywhere. Ms. Tasya, Ms. Yolanda, and Mas Radi are some of the staff whose names we remember. Ms. Tasya contacted us and accommodated our request for a bed and a small celebration for our child's birthday. Ms. Yolanda, who was on duty at the restaurant when we had breakfast, was very friendly and quickly helped take my children to the playground because at that time I was having breakfast alone so I couldn't take them. Mas Radi suddenly offered to take a family photo of us at the oasis park while we were taking a selfie. So now we have a complete family photo without selfies. Full kids activity. There was no boredom at all because the facilities provided were really TOP. Thank you very much for the beautiful memories created during our stay at Resinda. I will definitely recommend this hotel to family, friends, etc. Oh yes, the hotel is connected to a mall!

Kids friendly hotel in Karawang ❤️. The hotel facilities are quite complete, from swimming pool, waterpark, gym, wellness center, and kids playground is large and is in indoor as well as outdoor. The room is also comfortable, clean, and spacious, there is a bath and complete amenities. My kiddos love Resinda because breakfast here is delicious, and also direct access to malls 😁👍

For me, who has two active and well-rounded boys with lots of activities, Resinda is the perfect choice. There are so many activities, play areas, and facilities for the kids, they never have time to get bored because there's so much to try. The best part is the hotel staff's friendliness, oh my.

The room was clean, modern, with fast Wi-Fi, and the bathroom had a bathtub, so the kids were happy to soak in it. The food was delicious, varied, and still hot. There were also snacks and snacks for the kids. There was a playground and lots of interesting kids' activities. It's perfect for a staycation with kids; they'll definitely be happy and want to come back again. We got a complimentary cake and mirror decoration for my husband's birthday. I nobat Resinda Hotel the most memorable for our family. God willing, we will definitely staycation again. We stayed 3D2N and my son didn't want to go home and asked to extend it to 1 week. All the staff were FRIENDLY AND FAST. They were really friendly, not joking. Once we were walking towards the elevator near the lobby, there was a staff walking from the elevator, seeing us he turned back towards the elevator, we thought he really wanted to go to the elevator again, it turned out he just wanted to press the elevator button and let us in.
