Always come back to this hotel. Staffs are friendly. Good location, not crowded. Clean. Room is comfy. There's a cafe with Starbucks in it. Indoor pool is top notch. Plenty of outdoor activities such as archery, billiards, kids playground.

One of the staff who claimed to be named Royan (Supervisor/Manager) was very unfriendly when I complained about giving a twin bed room even though the purchase had been ordered with a king size 1 bed.

The second time staying at a highly recommended hotel. Radisson Batam, a comfortable, clean and beautiful hotel. Very satisfying overall service from check in to check out which is simple and easy. Thank you Radisson Batam Hotel Management for upgrading my room 🙏. This is an extraordinary experience and surprise that is rarely found in 5 class hotels. Thank you very much to the front office team of Radisson Hotel Batam (Bang Misael Royen, Kak Nurul, Kak Sri) who are very humble, friendly & polite🙏. Next time, I will always come back to Radisson when I visit Batam 👍
