Complimentary upgrade at check-in is a great gift from the hotel. Very friendly staff and great location to all amenities such as food, massage, and retail mart. However, the breakfast is rather Indonesian style.

The food is delicious. I was very satisfied staying at this hotel.

Big, spacious. Initially, there was a bit of a musky smell. Short walk to Nagoya Mall, but it is not sheltered. Other than that, staff is nice, friendly, and efficient.

The staff were all friendly and polite. Breakfast was also delicious, and the cleaning staff was so kind. The man who cleaned the room was quick, concise, and clean. ;)

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel because there was a hot water jacuzzi next to the swimming pool...and the breakfast was really delicious and complete...it was really great.

The AC is really cold, the temperature can't be raised, when I wake up to pray Subuh, my body feels sore. But everything is really okay👍

Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable rooms. I forgot something in my room when I checked out, and I was immediately contacted by the front office.

This is not the first time I stay at I Hotel Batam. Nice experience always. 2nd floor cafe better to check since they have live music. It's worth the stay. Meanwhile, need to look at the swimming pool. There is warm tub as well, so nice!

Only the bathtub is difficult to drain.
