The staff were all friendly and polite. Breakfast was also delicious, and the cleaning staff was so kind. The man who cleaned the room was quick, concise, and clean. ;)

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel because there was a hot water jacuzzi next to the swimming pool...and the breakfast was really delicious and complete...it was really great.

The AC is really cold, the temperature can't be raised, when I wake up to pray Subuh, my body feels sore. But everything is really okay👍

Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable rooms. I forgot something in my room when I checked out, and I was immediately contacted by the front office.

This is not the first time I stay at I Hotel Batam. Nice experience always. 2nd floor cafe better to check since they have live music. It's worth the stay. Meanwhile, need to look at the swimming pool. There is warm tub as well, so nice!

Only the bathtub is difficult to drain.

Lokasinya strategis. Kamarnya besar, bersih dan nyaman. Menu sarapannya enak dan bervariasi. Tempat parkir luas. Harganya wajar untuk hotel bintang 4.

The hotel is good, but unfortunately my mother lost 500 thousand money yesterday on 11/13/2023 in room 523/522 after cleaning service. Maybe the hotel can check the CCTV who cleaned the room that day and hopefully it will be an evaluation. Nice hotel but not safe.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the location is close to the Mall. Suitable for taking the family on vacation.
