Check in was fast and the valet service for the car was also good... but when checking out there was a queue, right?

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool offers a beautiful view, but the water isn't very clear. The breakfast menu is also quite varied and delicious, including chicken porridge, fried rice, noodles, fruit, salad, bread, waffles, omelets, soto, and more.

It was fun. I would love to stay at this hotel again next time.

Stay for 2 nights while weekend.. the staff was nice, helpful and kind.. greeting and smile. Room was clean but in our room, no ventilation or fan at the bathroom so you need activate AC for 24 hours if you don't want your room smell strange or like damp smell. The linen & towel good, the bed was so comfy but we need 4 pillows instead of 2 in each room. Car park not in the basement but beside of the hotel. Sometimes you need valet when the rooms was fully booked. Overall nice stay and quiet affordable.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the hotel staff is friendly. The rooftop swimming pool is beautiful with a beautiful view.

The only hotel that I would recommend if someone asks where to stay in Bandung. This is the hotel with the best rating. Everything is almost perfect. Starting from the security who is very responsive and in accordance with the soft-spoken character of Bandung people. Clean rooms, responsive hotel staff. The best is the manager of the restaurant where we have breakfast. This is the first time I have found someone who can truly be called a MANAGER 🥹. When we were about to have breakfast, it turned out to be very crowded, and the manager immediately rushed to help find a table and was willing to help lift the table himself for the comfort of the guests. I forgot his name, Kang, he is a good person 🙏. For food of this class, this hotel is also very satisfying. Anyway, if you go to Bandung, just stay here 🫵

friendly and helpful hotel staff, can swim until night with beautiful scenery, if you go to Bandung, this hotel is definitely the first choice, the food is delicious. for the room, I asked for the upper floor but got the lower one, even though I had requested through the call center for a room facing the highway. maybe because it was a long weekend so I didn't get it. thank you for the comfort.

It was incredibly fun and makes you want to come back again, see you Bandung.

The room turned out to be quite narrow, the window had no barrier to the outside and was quite dangerous because I was on the 6th floor. The bathroom had a drain that was not smooth from the start, parking vehicles had to be done every time you left the hotel, you had to ask for free parking. Then the breakfast variety was limited and access to the hotel from the center was quite complicated because it was roundabout. 🙈

Place is so great, near by Rumah Mode, staff very friendly.

the hotel is clean and comfortable.. the room is quite spacious and very clean.. the swimming pool is also clean and the view is cool.. the food is also delicious, but there are not too many variations.. the wifi is a bit slow.. overall I was very happy and impressed to stay at Belviu.. next time I will definitely come here with a big family..

This is my 3rd or 4th time staying at this hotel and the staff was very friendly, the ambience is good, the swimming pool has a beautiful view, the food tastes good, the ramen in the basement is also delicious.

friendly staff. clean hotel. the most disappointing thing is when checking in, no one informed me that it was ready... and parking should be free but it hasn't been entered as free so I have to wait until the parking barrier comes out

The hotel is in a good location, the building is also good, but in terms of the facilities in the rooms, they are poorly maintained, and the breakfast menu is very limited with a taste that is not representative of a 4-star hotel.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, safe cleanliness, close to everywhere, comfortable swimming pool, safe car park, next to Rumah Mode, just walk to find food and shopping. Only there is a renovation in room 702 which makes a disturbing noise to room 703.

This was not my first time stay in Belviu Hotel. My stay at Belviu Hotel this time was a bit disappointing due to cleanliness issues. I encountered a cockroach in my room. When I brought it to their attention, the front office manager offered a complimentary room upgrade for my next stay, showing their commitment to customer satisfaction, but couldn't provide a free room ( that would have been more appreciated) However, hopefully they will improve their pest control measures.
