The male receptionist leaked his mouth, unable to maintain privacy. The deposit money wasn't returned, I just checked out first, I already ordered the receptionist to give the deposit money to my friend, but the next day I asked my friend it turned out that the deposit money wasn't given.

Lokasi hotel ini bagi yang pertama kali berkunjung pastinya agak kesulitan. Kondisi hotelnya juga room/kamarnya luas tetapi kasurnya cukup menggigit badan saya karena kawat springbadnya berbahaya. Kebersihan nya lebih diperhatikan. Khususnya kamar mandi banyak tikus keluar masuk dalam lubang. 5 hari saya di penginapan tersebut, so cukup prihatin juga, but anyway next time lebih diperbaiki lagi, apalagi dari agen online khususnya lebih teliti lagi. Overall, untuk keamanannya lumayan, tapi mohon diperbaiki, saat saya di sana mati lampu dan cukup lama hidup kembali listriknya.

When entering this guesthouse, it was a shock, the road to the location was very bad, and the location was right next to the traditional market. Then, when I arrived at the location and entered the inner lobby, the heart of this inn or wallet bird's nest did not match the shape in the photo so I had a hard time finding the location, then there were no windows for the Standard room class and for the Superior room class it was above. The interior condition is like a haunted house, when you enter the inn it feels like you are entering a museum. For the condition of the room, I wanted to cancel but when I checked the room it was in accordance with the photo, but the room I got the AC on but either the outside temperature was very hot or the roof didn't hold the heat, the air conditioner didn't feel cold during the day, for the night the air conditioner is just cool not cold. Then, in my room there was an anthill on the floor. But for that price, my value is enough, if I give it a value from 0 to 10, I give it a value of 6.

Please the receptionist service can be further improved in terms of friendliness. When checking in and checking out, please apply 3s greeting, smile, say hello. I've stayed at WGI several times but not all receptionists are like that but there are some. As for the room, it's comfortable, clean, worth it for a cheap price under 200 thousand,

Check-in is complicated and long. ID cards are not enough. Asked for vouchers even though ordered through the application. New bathroom water is available at 8 o'clock at night, I check in at 2 pm. Only one dirty hotel towel. The check out process is also long.

The hotel is not good, smelly, dirty, not worth it. Recently I tried a hotel like this, the bath towel is good for just wiping my feet, it's not really worth using, I regret going to the beautiful Ivory Wisma hotel, the hotel is suitable for warehouses.
