The staff provided excellent service from check-in to check-out. Late check-out requests were also easy. If you have an event near GBK, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here. The rooms are also clean. Unfortunately, the room isn't soundproof enough; the doorbell from the next room or the front room can be heard clearly in your own room, so you might mistake it for your own.

This is my second stay here on my trip to South Jakarta because the hotel is clean, nice, and budget-friendly. So, it's perfect for a family getaway. Plus, it's close to Kopi Calf To Go, so you can enjoy a delicious coffee just a short walk away.

The service is good, the room is clean, the food is delicious, only the facilities like the TV I got yesterday were not good, then the vinyl floor was peeling a lot, if it touched my feet it would get scratched, otherwise it was very good.

I'm so happy I had time to sleep in Ayakan Suite. Very clean, the room has good service and I had an incident where I forgot my passport. This 3-star hotel is near Mega Kuningan and Lotte World. It's a quiet hotel, with most guests Indonesian, though some foreigners. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning is cool, and the shower has hot water. The breakfast wasn't to my liking. Overall, it's good value for money. The Grand Deluxe room offers a nice view, but the TV is an older system and can't access YouTube or Netflix.

The AC is noisy, the food is quite good, the location is close to the city, the wifi is fast, it is a bit far from the supermarket.

Always stay here when I go to Jakarta, it's really great.

It's within walking distance of Lotte Mall. A standard 3-star hotel, nothing scary.
