The accommodation was very impressive. The service was excellent. The receptionist was very polite. We went during the rainy season and the hotel lent us an umbrella when we went outside. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The air conditioner isn't very cool. It has a rotating mode that sometimes makes it cool, but no matter how you turn it on, it's not cool. It's cool when you're about to shower in the morning because the air conditioner blows down at the end of the bed, which is a bit annoying. But it's good. You can stay if the price is discounted.

the hotel staff was very friendly upon check-in even though it was past 9pm. the bedroom was big enough for 3 people. but when we asked for it to be cleaned, the room was not swept, the bed was still messy and the towels were not changed even though we stayed for 3 nights.

The staff here is very nice and helpful. The hotel is right next to Phuket Old Town, so it's a really good choice if you want to visit the Sunday market and quiet area (compared to Patong). Nice bars around and food choices too. The hotel is nice but dark, common toilet is not clean but not dirty iykyk. But with the price and location wise, It's the best deal!

The location is very strategic, you can go anywhere in old town area just by walk even though the room is not so spacious and there is no elevator. Other point is, the owner is really kind and helpful.
