This is a fairly old and legendary hotel in Batam. Affordable price for the Junior Suite class. Safe location is comfortable for those who do not want too much public attention, because even though it is in the city center, the location is a bit inward and not directly on the main road. Book through the app to get a fixed price. Cleanliness is okay, everything is okay. Only if I may suggest, if the TV can be upgraded to a smart or Android TV, using an Android box is fine though. And one more thing, most of the lights in the room can not work all, on average there are always 1-2 lights that do not work. But I had fun and satisfied staying here.

This is my first bad review on the app. For a 3-star hotel with a price tag of 300,000 Rupiah, that's seriously lacking. The room was infested with cockroaches, there were no lights, the AC would suddenly shut off, and the bathroom smelt of urine. If they were going to open a hotel with rooms like that, I don't think they should be priced in the 300s, but in the 100s.

No signal for room Wi-Fi, room has poor lighting; interior was broken, TV error, wastafel leaking, toilet cannot flush.

Next time if you want to go to Batam, you can stay here again.

The hotel room was destroyed, mosquitoes, the AC was not cold, the floor was dirty, the mattress was dirty, the pillows were dirty, the sofa was dirty, everything was dirty, the toilet towels were not changed, the room was messy, hot, soundproof, the lights were dark.

The hotel is nice, and not far from places to eat.

I booked for two nights, but I didn't even want to sleep in the room because it wasn't even a room and was completely inadequate. It was infested with cockroaches and smelled terribly, and the mattress and pillows were incredibly inadequate.

When we first arrived, we were given a less than ideal room, room number 617, and then moved to room 603, which someone else had used and hadn't cleaned at all. When we returned to the room, the water heater had been neglected, still dirty and hadn't been cleaned. I was very disappointed with the service. We paid a lot for it, but it turned out like this. When I asked the HK, they said it had been cleaned. I showed them room 603, but they didn't know if it had been cleaned or not. What a disappointment.

The hotel is dirty like it is not habitable, no wonder the price is cheap, the sink is clogged and broken, the walls are dirty and there are several broken items, there is only 1 lamp, there is no AC remote and the blanket is also very shabby, it makes you itchy, at night you can't sleep until morning because you hear strange sounds from outside, and there are still many strange incidents there. The smell is also very unpleasant, there are lots of spider webs too

The lights in room 319 were dim, so I asked for a room change. 3. The room wasn't actually that dirty, but some of the facilities couldn't be used, like the telephone and TV. There was a water heater but no mineral water.
