Comfortable hotel, close access to urban areas

The L Hotel failed on every level. Misleading listing, deteriorating facilities, and unlivable rooms made this stay unacceptable.

Honestly, I booked a hotel room because I saw the photos were good, but when I arrived, it turned out to be noooooo, there was a lot of mold on the walls, the room was also dim, the bathroom which I thought was bright turned out to be dim, my child was even afraid to enter the bathroom 🥲 In the end, I asked to change rooms, but it turned out to be possible because the AC was hot, but when I changed rooms, there were lots of cockroaches 😭

The mattress is bad, there is no foam. The sheets and blanket are dirty, the pillows are soft. The bathroom has no soap and is dirty. In short, the room is dirty.

If I'm from Karimun, I usually come to Batam and stay at The L Hotel because it's close to Nagoya and my work is also close🙏

The worst hotel I've ever encountered in Batam. No main lights, dim and very dirty bathroom lights, liquid soap is placed in an Aqua bottle, many furniture are broken and cracked, window curtains are broken so they can't be opened, hard, dirty mattress, no contactable contacts near the phone, no wifi, not worth it for the price of 250+ - very bad, 10x better RedDoorz, btw I got room 311. The vibes are horror, dim, no main lights, very bad, I say

bathroom dirty ( staff only cleaning the upper wall of the toilet and only clean the surface of the toilet bowl. mostly wall and toilet yellow and slimy). my room was okay just that the sink broken, phone broken(no issues because not using) and when ask for cleaning services,the staff don't clean in properly. Thank to Abri that help me out to fix the sink, change my room tv controller because the controller cannot use to change the tv channel and clean my room even though not his job to clean the room.

The room was gloomy, the bathroom was dirty, the glass was dirty, many items were broken, the telephone didn't work, the AC wasn't very cold either.

first time staying here, the room atmosphere is gloomy, the cupboard is broken, the walls are peeling, the glass is dirty, the water heater is also not working properly. the room area is dusty because we ride a motorbike and wear helmets, when we were going home in the morning our helmets were lost both in the parking lot huhuhu :) we asked the security but they said they didn't know. but fortunately they gave us another helmet as a replacement please improve the hotel staff's service, facilities and security again thank you🙏

Batam during peak season many hotels are sold out. Finally chose this hotel because I saw good reviews on this application. It turned out that the room was very uncomfortable and not clean. The sheets and blankets were not clean. Lots of stains.. many of the facilities in the room were damaged plus lots of mosquitoes made it worse. Very disappointed. Traveloka should not only display good reviews.. very disappointed
