Thank you to MS Hotel for providing fantastic facilities, with the best price and a pleasant and clean atmosphere, if I come to Ciwidey I will definitely not forget to stop by at MS Hotel, it is really great and delicious.

The room is quite clean and spacious, the staff is quite friendly.

It's really great, the place is really comfortable, I want to go there again.

The carpet is a bit dusty but okay.

The price is expensive and not worth it, the room condition is not good, many are not suitable, the carpet smells and is very disturbing, the chairs are dirty, the blankets and sheets are dirty with lots of stains, the mattress is very dirty and makes the body itch (bed bugs), the towels have dirty stains, the bathroom is also just as sad, the door is broken, the hot water is not hot, the location is indeed close to Kawah Putih and Ranca Upas but because it is on the side of the road it is very noisy and the quality of the building cannot dampen the sound from outside well.

The staff is friendly, the view is nice, but the room is not very clean. Because there are Tomcats and cockroaches 🥺 the TV in the room doesn't work either

It's quite worth it for this price. The only downside is the room smells musty, probably because the floor carpet wasn't vacuumed. The pillows are flat and yellowish.

Clean rooms, good service, close to Ciwidey tourist area.

Cukup strategis lokasinya, staf ramah hanya saja aliran air di kamar mandi kecil sekali. Selain itu posisi hotel ditepi jalan raya, jadi suara bising kendaraan yang lewat sangat terdengar dengan jelas.

Hotel lumayan tp agak kotor, saluran air kamar mandi mampet jadi air menggenang.

Saya cukup menikmati, hotel bersih dan rapih.

Kamar luas tapi furniture nya sudah tua bahkan ada yang rusak juga. Lampu gelap, toilet copot/kendor.

Hotelnya nyaman parkir langsung di depan kamar hanya saja kalau malam bising suara motor karena langsung berhadapan dengan jalan tapi enak di depan ada alfamart dan dekat dengan kawah putih ranca upas ranca bali pemandian air panas dan sebagainya.

Comfortable, only 1 bedroom light is on and the outside light isn't on.

Strategic location close to the tourist attractions Ranca Upas, Kawah Putih and Situ Patenggan. The rooms are large and the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms is okay. In front of the hotel there is an ATM and minimarket. For restaurants/eating places you must use a vehicle.

It's really worth it here, there are only a few minor ones. Overall good.

The location is close to popular tourist attractions in Ciwidey.
