I'll explain my experience with this hotel. 1. After I booked, I saw in other people's reviews on this app that the hotel provided airport pick-up. After I called the hotel for 40 minutes on both numbers listed, no one answered. I even had to send a message through the app's support message box and the problem was that they were very busy, but in reality, when I arrived at the location, I didn't see any hotel staff busy. In fact, when I arrived, only two guests, including myself, were being served. Just a suggestion, if airport pick-up is a bit difficult to do, please explain it in the description, so as not to give other guests hope. 2. The cleanliness of the room still needs attention. The toilet entrance is still dirty, and so is the shower faucet. The shower handle is broken. Water comes out of the shower rod, I was shocked when I tried to turn it on. There was no shampoo, only a very small amount of liquid soap, which was not enough for me alone, let alone for two people. The toilet door is difficult to open, I was always afraid to open it, because every time it was opened, it made a loud noise as if it was about to break. There are still brown stains on the floor in front of the door, but the bed is still okay. 3. The airport transfer service is on time✅ 4. The receptionist is very helpful ✅ Thank you

The shuttle bus was not as stated in WA and because I thought there was a shuttle bus to pick me up, it turned out that it was not full or the time did not match the arrival time, even though the WA stated pick-up information from 2 PM to 10 PM. Contacted at 8 PM, the information was only available at 10 PM, and that was only on the way from the hotel and the order for tomorrow morning at 4 AM was already full and very disappointed. The intention was to save money and be efficient but had to spend quite a lot of money for Grab PP airport. Please, hotel management, please write a clear shuttle bus schedule to the airport, don't just give me false promises, thank you.

The hotel is very close to the airport, making it easy if you have an early morning flight. Hotel transfers are available. The rooms are not very spacious, but for a 1-2 day stay, they are still adequate. There is a terrace in front of the room. The rooms and amenities are a bit old and shabby, but clean.
