The suite room was nice but the hot water didn't work, the tap was leaking, the room wasn't very clean and the food had no taste.

For me, Sapadia is good for both out-of-town and regular guests, besides its strategic location.

Staff: Friendly and helpful. Location: Downtown, in front of Harjamukti Terminal, near food stalls, and next to Indomaret. Recommended if you're visiting Cirebon on a budget, and can get a good hotel. Thank you.

Thank God, it's pretty good, although the procedure for updating the room access card every day is a bit of a hassle. The room is fine, the food in the restaurant is also good (though some menu items are often out of stock), the service is good, parking is secure, and the laundry is also good and fast (although without an iron). Overall, the rating is GOOD...

Stayed in room 106. I woke up at 1 a.m. with itchy bumps. The blanket looked like it hadn't been changed and was stained, likely unwashed. They brought a blanket from an empty room. There was food leftover from the previous guest in the cupboard, and it was already smelly. I asked the staff who changed the sheets to clean it, but instead, they just left it on the porch.

The hotel is nice, but the handling of guest belongings is very unprofessional.
ID cards are taped together with guest documents. As a result, when the staff tries to collect the ID card, the information peels off and the ID card is damaged.
Should guest ID cards be taped? Very unprofessional.

Sapadia Hotel Cirebon is a good choice if you prioritize budget and location for a short business trip, transit, or simply a place to sleep while exploring Cirebon's culinary scene. However, if you're looking for a luxurious experience or are particularly sensitive to cleanliness, you might want to consider a 3- or 4-star hotel in the city center.
