The hotel staff was very friendly, from the receptionist, Mr. Hendri, to the roomboys, they were all friendly and well-groomed. Every time I return to Ciwidey, I always come to Sindang Reret. It feels like home, truly homey. However, the only thing missing are facial tissues. There are no tissues at all, and there's no hair dryer either. It's not very proper in that regard. Please provide a hairdryer and facial tissues in the living room.

The hotel staff and restaurant staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The food was delicious, and the breakfast menu was varied. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, despite being an older building and a more traditional hotel. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Ciwidey.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Sindangreret Hotel. Besides the friendly service, the place was also very clean. The food was also delicious. I'll probably stay there again next time, and it might be my choice of hotel with my family. 🥰

Good place, good price but too old

Old but well-maintained hotel, the staff are kind and polite, the room is big enough for a family, there is a dining table, sofa and large bed, the hot tub is great for soaking. No AC but it's very cold. Unfortunately, I got a room facing the road so it was a bit noisy from motorbikes. Food, wow, breakfast at the Sindang Reret restaurant, delicious. Thank you.

The staff are all friendly. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and hot water is available. I suggest not booking a standard room because it's right next to the main road, so it's noisy, especially for those with sensitive ears who can't sleep well.
