The first time I entered the room: it was dirty. The bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. The water that came out was mixed with something, making it gray and smelled of rust. This hotel really needs a facelift. I contacted the hotel staff to clean the toilet, which was so dirty that I had to hold it in because I was so ticklish that I had to pee. The AC wasn't cold at all. I booked a suite with a sofa, but the sofa smelled musty. One more thing, this is the first time I've ever seen a cockroach enter a hotel room 🤢 The breakfast was pretty good, although the buffet selection was limited. Please fix everything. This hotel really needs a facelift.

The cleaning was not neat during renovations. They came in the middle of the night to carry five suitcases alone without any help from staff. There were cockroaches in the bedroom. Breakfast/sahur was only pecel rice.

My second time at the Kharisma Hotel, Deluxe Room 207. All the cons: 1. The bed springs were coming out. 2. The bathroom was very dirty and looked like a rented house. 3. The AC wasn't cold. 4. Worst of all, there were ants on the bed and cockroaches in the room. THE WORST HOTEL I've stayed in. The female and male night staff were very unfriendly, but the morning staff were friendly.

Happy to be able to stay here, better use the suites room. Yesterday I ordered a deluxe, it was not comfortable because I didn't get the view so I upgraded to a suite which was spacious and had a direct view. Maybe if you don't really care about the view, it's okay to order a deluxe heheh. But the hot water is a bit lacking, it's more like warm water, not hot, maybe it can be fixed. So far it's good, the service is friendly and the staff are very helpful. I was even allowed to see the rooms one-on-one. Breakfast is okay, quite good

There were dead insects on top of the bedsheets. The pillows on the bed were yellowish in color. We requested to change and was told they were unable to fulfil our request. There were no basic necessities such as toothbrush and tissue papers inside the room. The complimentary WiFi was unable to connect at all in the room. The room was very unhygienic and alot of insects. The flushing system in the toilet was also having issues. The technician came to check after we feedback and he told us it was normal. All the toilets in the hotel was like this.

I stayed by choosing a suite type room, and what I got was a super spacious room, there was a living room area, bathroom and separate bedroom area. The rate is very competitive. A few notes: 1. The security and hotel staff are minimal in number. 2. The cleanliness of the room can be improved again. 3. There were 2 electrical outlets in my room that didn't work. Overall, if I go to Madiun I will rebook here again. Thank you Kharisma 2 Madiun.

The room floor was very dusty, shower temperature was very high and hot, requested to reduce temperature setting on water heater, but still a problem till checking out. The AC was not functioning well. The room was not cleaned after one night of 2 night stay. I'll never recommend this hotel to any of my family and/or friends.
