Nice view directly to the lake

The receptionist was very unfriendly and arrogant. She was already so pretentious just checking in. The service was very poor, the cooking utensils were incomplete, and the room smelled of rotting flesh.

Staff is ok and very nice welcoming.

In my opinion, for a hotel with a fairly expensive price, not recommended. 1. when you first enter, no staff directs you to the parking lot. You have to call several times to be directed 2. book a hotel online, when you book, you make a note "next to each other" but when you check in, the rooms are very far apart 3. the way to the room is far and no staff takes the "initiative" to help carry your things 4. the service when I check in is not very friendly 5. order food, there is an additional charge if it is delivered to the room

The room amenities are not complete in the room and we ask for the food to deliver to the room when we order from the restaurant but they told us there is a extra charges for the delivery which is not make sense at all, a lot of mosquitoes in the room make us feel uncomfortable to sleep during the night. Additional charge for three people of 150k is not listed in the app. Deposit of 200k is okay. There are small ants on the bed that make your body itch. The bathroom and room are very old. Hot water is only used for a moment and it is cold again. The stairs to the room are far and steep. No help at all from the hotel staff. There was a guest checking in at 1 am next to the room, but it was so noisy that they woke up and could only sleep again at 3 am. It's a shame that Samosir rarely has a branded hotel. For the price of 750k in the city, you can probably get a much better hotel. Enough once and if I go to Samosir I won't want to stay here again

Lodging right on the edge of Lake Toba, rooms according to the picture, spacious bathrooms, clean rooms, strategic location. Only access to the room must walk a little from the lobby because the room is located below near Lake Tona.

At night the hotel is very scary, when it's sunny the view is very nice. The service is lacking, such as food cannot be delivered to the room. The receptionist is not very friendly to local people but very friendly to foreigners. Even though local people choose expensive rooms, not standard ones. For honeymoon, I think it's not suitable because you can't get a romantic atmosphere here. The rest is okay.
