1. Pelayanan kurang memuaskan. Saya Superior ketika saya tanya sesuai penasan. Dan saya tanya kembali ini Standar apa Superior jawabnya sesuai pesanan. 115 itu Standart apa Superior? 2. Waktu check out dikatakan ketumpahan minuman seperti fanta di sprei. Padahal saya tidak ada makan dan minum di luar minuman botol yang tersedia. Itupun tidak ada yang tumpah. 3. Mohon pihak management Trenz Hotel bintang 2 Panam melakukan evaluasi kepada karyawannya. Agar lebih humanis dan bertanggung jawab oleh pekerjaan. Senyum itu ibadah. 4. Untuk sarapan paginya enak. 5. Pertama dan terakhir menggunakan Trenz Hotel Panam. Terima kasih. 6. Tidak boleh mengambil foto.
