The location and the room are okay. There is a bit of a broken prebot, but it's okay

The hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful when choosing accommodation.

1 St junior suite given in that WC broken. So changed room. Again next room also WC not working properly. AC cooling not good in day time But rooms are very big specious look like hotel opened after long time. Furniture Old furniture. Breakfast also not as per 3 star restaurant.

Didn't have time to take a photo. Checked in at 3pm on 20/8 on the same date. At 4am, I checked out. The room was in an old building, dirty, the refrigerator was covered in mold, the mattress was smelly, the plugs didn't all work, the bathroom was dirty, basically nothing Really, I ordered 2 rooms, but 1 of them didn't even have time to check in, I've already checked everything out because the hotel is as scary as it is, even though Angus has the money, it looks like the hotel should be renovated, just a suggestion, sis 🙏.

Check-in took a long time, waiting for the room to be cleaned took a very long time.

The size of the room is spacious, but only 2 of the many lights in the room are on, the one near the window and the table lamp under the TV. There are no other amenities apart from a toothbrush, toothpaste and a small bar of soap. Never mind sandals, there aren't even tisses either. There is no curtain separating the bathtub, there is no foot mat. There wasn't much variety of food at breakfast, the taste was lacking, and of course the quantity too, we came down at 7 o'clock, the food had already run out and wasn't refilled. What if people come later in the day? Please improve it so that guests' stay is more comfortable.

The room is hot. Called reception and the telephone cable broke, on purpose x. I called reception and they said the technician wanted to come and apply. I've been waiting for it and it doesn't come. I ordered a junior suite. The room was given a big one, the water was running smoothly, there were no tissues. Because it's hot it makes sleeping uncomfortable.

Hotel lama. Layanan resepsionisnya kurang ramah. Makanan nya pas-pasan cukuplah dengan harga segitu.

Hotelnya oke dengan interior model lama dan juga kamar luas, mungkin karena pesan junior suite. Pesan kamar junior suite kirain ada bathtub-nya, ternyata enggak. Untuk fasilitas tergolong oke, untuk sarapan paginya tidak ada pengawasan, artinya dalam kamar bertujuh orang bisa bertujuh-nya makan gratis. Buat kami hanya yang berdua menginap terasa kurang fair karena makanan banyak yang habis, lain kali harus lebih tegas pihak restorant hotelnya. Enak aja sarapan untuk berdua yang makan sekampung, bayar dong seharusnya.

Pretty okay, there's just no tissue at all 🙄.

The room is very spacious. Clean. The bathroom is clean there is a bathtub. God willing, if you go to Pekanbaru, you will stay there again. Inexpensive.

Comfortable accompanied by spacious and private rooms.

The rooms are nice and comfortable, we and my family like it and if the new lady always stays here and doesn't choose another hotel.

Safety is lacking, helmets can be lost even though 3 stars.

Satisfaction baths in bathtubs with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms.

3 star hotel but the breakfast menu is inferior to the budget hotel.

It's fun to bring the family there, strategic location.

Exciting, the rooms are spacious, even though the design is an old hotel.
