The price is quite affordable... Please install the water heater in the bathroom for comfort. The environment could be cleaner, it's quite nice with lots of shady trees, but they need to be kept clean. There are lots of fallen leaves that aren't cleaned up.

Overall, it's good, worth it for the price... The bathroom water heater doesn't work, so it's difficult to take a shower.

The room is just enough for resting, booked 2 rooms. In the other room, the bathroom water was not working, because we checked in at night and were tired, so we took turns using the toilet in one room. When we wanted to check out, there was no staff on duty at the reception desk. So we just left the key in the room because there was no deposit.

When I entered the room, it smelled of dust. I didn't get mineral water, the blanket was full of yellow, I don't know what, there were strands of hair on the floor, but the hot water was working, the TV was clear and good, there was a shop nearby but it was very expensive, it is recommended to bring mineral water.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the place is quite okay, the bed and bathroom are comfortable, the water heater works well, the TV also works well, security is also okay.

I really don't recommend staying here, the room smells, the sheets haven't been changed and are dirty, the pillowcase smells of someone's head, the bathroom door can't be closed

It's not that bad, it's just an old place with some nostalgic vibes.

In my opinion, this area is actually quite close to tourist attractions, the room size is suitable for bringing children. However, the bathroom is very dirty, like the shower is broken, the sink is also dirty, if you take a shower it is easy to flood, the water comes out so the room is muddy. Towels, shampoo are not available and behind the room there is a garden so it is a bit barren and scary, TV access can only be 1 channel. Try this if you are not able to manage the hotel, it is better to close it first and find ideas for new innovations, it would be a shame if the hotel is not maintained.

Nice place, the location of the villa is close to the city center. But unfortunately the room is not very clean.

There were dead cockroaches in the bathroom, there were traces of liquor bottles in the room that had not been thrown away, there were cigarette powder in the drawer. The towels provided were not hotel standard even though the photos were taken using hotel standard towels. Actually, the villa was quite comfortable, it was just that it was poorly maintained and its cleanliness was not well-maintained.

This villa is actually really good for those who bring a big family. because the room is really spacious. the yard and the environment are okay, close to the city center, so it's easy to find food or hang out outside. but the cleanliness is lacking especially the sheets, blankets and bathroom. hopefully it can be improved. because the bed and toilet are the most important things in customer comfort.

The hotel staff is friendly and always helpful. Unfortunately, the cleanliness is lacking, such as bed sheets and pillows, and the environment where you stay is not clean. The water for bathing is not big enough.

Booked the family room. 1 king bed, 3 single beds. All bed sheets and bedcovers had so much stains and were dirty. The bedroom was dirty, slippery, and dark and used a yellow bulb. The showerhead had no hanger so we must hold it. Confused by the 8-star ratings but it's my bad not seeing the reviews beforehand. But staff was nice and friendly. The ambiance at the front is also quite nice actually. Just the cleanliness and the overall facility needs to be improved so so so much. And also cats keep coming in if I opened the windows.

dirty, smelly and uncomfortable rooms...we booked 3 rooms, all smelly, the sheets were dirty and the atmosphere was uncomfortable, in the end we moved to another hotel because we couldn't sleep...to the owner of Villa de Rossa, please pay attention to the cleanliness and comfort of this accommodation 🙏
