The hotel is located at the back of a residential area. It's very quiet and comfortable. Parking is close to the rooms, and the water park is also close. Breakfast is standard. The rooms are clean and very comfortable.

The location is right in the housing complex, the atmosphere is very peaceful, the river view, and the swimming pool are great. Everything met my expectations and the reviews I've read. The breakfast menu is a bit limited, but it's pretty standard for most hotels.

The room was comfortable, and the atmosphere was great, especially with the water park and rooftop cafe. However, the soundproofing was lacking. When I was trying to rest at night, I could still hear my neighbors and children screaming.

The hotel is poorly maintained (many bathroom items are broken and not repaired), the towels and sheets are dull and smelly… I only stayed here once.

The hotel is located in the Malang Anggun Sejahtera housing complex. We arrived at 12:00 PM but weren't allowed to check in yet, as the room was still being cleaned. We thought it was okay since we had requested an earlier check-in at 1:00 PM, but it turned out we weren't allowed to check in until around 1:45 PM. The hotel was surprisingly quiet, but why were they so calculating with the check-in process? The area around the hotel wasn't pleasant for walking around, as it was both very quiet and dirty with lots of unswept leaves. We tried staying here because we saw it looked like a new hotel on social media. But it turned out the hotel looked old, judging by the room, the hotel grounds, and the water park. The sink in the room was a bit clogged. The view of the river wasn't pleasant due to the amount of trash. At breakfast, the food menu wasn't covered, even though there were flies. The water park looked old and poorly maintained. Outsiders could enter the water park and pool, and clothes from outside could be directly in the pool. In fact, in some hotels, outside clothing is no longer allowed in the pool; you have to change into a swimsuit. Requesting a double bed is given a twin bed, and the beds are not the same height. The rooftop cafe on the 5th floor is closed, so going up to the cafe at night is pitch black. The price for staying here is quite high, so it's not worth it for the price and the minimal amenities.

The hotel is nice, clean, and feels homey. I hope to come back again.

There are tons of activities here. It's very kid-friendly. The location is strategic, with plenty of access to Indomaret or nearby snacks. The staff is friendly.

I didn't expect Malang to have a 4-star hotel that even offers affordable rates on weekends. I was initially skeptical, but upon arrival, the hotel turned out to be great. The staff were very friendly during check-in and check-out, and the check-out process was easy. The room was clean, and the atmosphere was comfortable.

This is a great, family-friendly hotel.

1. Small waterpark, access is far from the elevator. 2. Difficult to find dinner/afternoon meals, access is far outside, the restaurant is expensive and the food is terrible. The lunch box package was said to be Rp 100,000, but it turned out there was a 21% tax. 3. The reception is very far from the elevator/room. 4. The breakfast menu is limited, and the kids could only eat noodles, the rest ate donuts. 5. It would have been nice to just smile and check in easily when greeting guests. Unfortunately, the receptionist lied about the room we requested. When we checked in early, we were given a room with a parking view. When we asked for a room with a rice field view, they said it was full, but it was only available in the afternoon.

The toilet was clogged but was repaired immediately, the room floor was not very clean (304), the bathroom was not very clean, the toilet was crusty.

Overall, so far so good.

The hotel staff were friendly and tidy. There was only a slight problem with the air conditioning, which wasn't cold enough, but that was okay.

My stay here was truly enjoyable. The breakfast was comprehensive, delicious, and super kid-friendly, with plenty of options for even children under 2. The adult menu is also varied, including appetizers and snacks, even though I stayed during Chinese New Year. The service was friendly, and the room was comfortable and cool. There are some slight signs of the hotel's age (stains on the walls), but they're minor and not bothersome. Overall, I'm satisfied and will definitely return!

It's perfect for vacationing with children who enjoy activities like swimming and ATV riding. The surrounding countryside creates the slow-living atmosphere you've always dreamed of in retirement.
