Such a blessing to spend time with family here. The experience of a room with a sea view is worth the price, no effort is needed to see the sunset and city lights. All staff are nice and helpful. The room is very clean and smells good. The mattress, pillows, and blanket are soft, the AC is cold, and the lighting is very adequate. Breakfast is delicious! My mother loves it. Strategic access to everywhere is close, although it is a bit tricky to park back into the lobby because it is a dead end. The best decision I ever had was spending time with my family at Arthama Hotels. All the staff were nice and helpful. Upgrading to a sea view was truly worth the price and brought so much joy and peace to me because I didn't have any complaints about restless sleep due to the soft mattress or the cold AC. There's a 100,000 Rupiah deposit. The Wi-Fi is a bit slow. Access to everything is close and everything is available, even on foot. It's a bit tricky, not always being able to get off right in front of the lobby because access is only reverse parking.

Overall, it was satisfactory, with a strategic location close to shopping centers. There was just a bit of miscommunication, as I was given an uncleaned room, but was immediately replaced with a new one. Good.

The quality of service, facilities, and staff friendliness are generally good, but there are some inputs, especially regarding the Wi-Fi facility whose signal is still inadequate/weak so it cannot be used and also security who are sometimes not on standby at the location at certain hours.
