The villa facilities are okay, cleanliness should be further improved

We were moved from EE block to block R8-6 which was 5 rooms.1 The rooms below smell because right under the bathroom, the villas are poorly maintained, the service is poor, the dispenser is broken, the water heater is not functioning & the sink is clogged up and the sink for drinking is not provided even though we stay 2 nights only 1 love 1 aqua gallon & we stay there the guard of the villa does not come when needed & less security because many residents there and out to sell around and there is also suddenly people washing cars without asking us the car want to be washed / not. Staying 2 nights in the Bunga City villa was very disappointing.
