The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel's surroundings are beautiful and authentic, featuring traditional Torajan houses. Facilities (hot water in the bathroom) need improvement and maintenance.

Stayed for 2 nights at the Toraja Misiliana Hotel. The hotel building is typical of Toraja culture, perfect for group photos. The outdoor area is also spacious, with rice paddies. Many international tourists stay here. We booked a cottage and a deluxe room. The room had a vintage feel, but it was clean and the facilities were well-functioning. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was quite tasty. There's also a bakery near the reception. Overall, my experience here was quite pleasant.

I arrived at 11:00 PM. My grandson had a high fever, so I couldn't carry my luggage. I asked the receptionist for help, but she didn't respond. Instead, she told me to carry it myself, even though I was carrying my grandson who had a high fever. The staff had no conscience or empathy whatsoever. Hopefully, the owner understands and is aware of the behavior of her staff.

The place is beautiful and cool, staying here is fun.

Every time I go to Toraja, I always stay here. The atmosphere is beautiful, calm, and the rooms are clean.

When in the bathroom there is dirt dust on the tissue roll. For hotel food, the price of food is expensive, the taste is so-so.

Pesan superior double, ternyata tidak ada AC, komplain minta yang ada AC nya, katanya itu diupgrade ke Deluxe, ukuran dan fasilitas sama dengan superior double, hanya beda ada AC nya, kena charge lagi Rp. 150.000.

Di aplikasi tertulis ada AC ternyata dari 4 kamar cuma ada 1 kamar yang ber-AC, jam 10 sudah diminta untuk check out karena katanya mau ditempati tamu lain.

Good location, on the main street. Not far from the souvenir market, good to walk in the afternoon after the sun down 🙂. Beautiful garden, very tidy. Rice field in the hotel area. Big swimming pool. Good staffs. Many old traditional tongkonan buildings in the hotel area, something we rarely see in other place. Contact pa Handaka at the front desk if you need a rental car, he knows where to take you. 🙂👍.

On the second day, I ordered a superior room, waited until 3 o'clock, I couldn't get a room even though I had already booked in advance, finally after a complaint I was upgraded to Family Suite Plus (2 rooms), it's just a shame that in the family suite plus the breakfast is still only 4 people. Because the room is rarely used, dust on the sofa, incomplete toiletries, coffee and tea are not available, ask from noon until almost evening and it will be delivered after several requests. In the lower room the air conditioner is uncomfortable because it faces directly on the mattress and wants to turn it off but the room is hot. Antique indoor furniture, bathroom needs renovation.

Order 2 cottage suite rooms, the rooms are quite comfortable with air conditioning, the bathroom is old and needs renovation, the water is slow. The service is not as friendly as it used to be, in the past when they were old employees, they were very friendly every time they greeted and smiled, but now the younger employees are less friendly. Breakfast is also a room only for 2 people with a room price that is quite expensive, it's not worth it, children have to be charged at breakfast, so for a family vacation it's not satisfactory. As for the view of Misiliana, it's the best.

The room had ants and small insects. The hot water is not smooth. When we eat at the cafe we are not allowed to sit on the sofa. For reasons that don't make sense. Whereas the day before we were allowed to sit on the sofa. And we eat it does not bring small children. The point is it's not satisfying.

The hotel is easy to find because it is on the axis road. There are many types of rooms, but the deluxe is very comfortable, clean, beautiful, the rooms are very spacious, the air conditioner is cold, the breakfast is delicious, the receptionist is friendly and the service is friendly. This hotel is even though it is old, but it is still recommended. Got room 225 not far from the lobby. The size of the room is spacious, clean, the air conditioner is cold until the night is turned off because the child is cold. The bathroom is spacious, hot water is okay, unfortunately the faucet handle often comes off. The breakfast is quite good, the menu weighs just right for fried rice, meatballs. The beef meatball taste is strong. Recommended at that price for the Toraja area. Here the price of the hotel is indeed more mehong, the choice is not that much. But, okay.
