The family room is a bit narrow and the bathroom is not clean.

As other guests have commented, the hotel is quite good and strategically located near the city center. The bathroom is quite dirty, though. The walls are dirty and there are cobwebs.

Every corner of the hotel is dirty, the bathroom feels like a public toilet, mold and scale everywhere. This hotel is completely dirty and has no maintenance, the hotel staff also looks mediocre. Advice for this hotel is to immediately do general cleaning and general maintenance for the rooms, it's very dirty and super duper dirty. I even took a shower wearing sandals because I was disgusted to step on the very very dirty bathroom floor. First & will never stay at this hotel again.

This hotel is very dirty, when you first enter the room there are crumbs on the floor, sawang everywhere, the bathroom is super duper dirty and filthy, as if it hasn't been cleaned for dozens of full moons. When entering the room, it smelled, was dirty and had spider webs indicating that it was rarely cleaned. The bathroom water was leaking. The TV didn't turn on. I had asked the receptionist but it was not followed up. Please improve the cleanliness and service. At that time, I was in the room on the 3rd floor at the very end.
