Hi, the room was fine, got upgraded. Although there was a sea view, there is a horrid burnt-out and falling-apart building from all north-facing rooms. It's so ugly and unpleasant. The bed is rock hard, and the pillows are like a sack of potatoes. Horribly, woke up every morning with a headache and sore neck and shoulders. It's also very hard getting through the break at the beach, current very strong too. Otherwise, good breakfast, good staff.

Smelled trash very bad from the first time I checked in on the 1st floor until I checked out. Disgusting and the balcony has no view.

The location is quite ok, beach access is sufficient, but not very clean.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, and close to restaurants in the Jimbaran area. So, if you want to have dinner on the beach, you're just a short walk away.

The hotel is close to the beach, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is varied, and the hotel is simply the best.

I requested a non-smoking room, but it was right in front of the smoking area. Someone was smoking in the hallway, and the smell of cigarettes wafted into the room. I requested an upper floor, but was given a lower floor. The air was stuffy, the room was dirty, and the floor was sticky. The sheets were sticky, as if they had been used.

This is my first time staying here, the service is satisfactory, the Trunajaya room type is full, even upgraded to a super big family room 😀😀😀

It's really worth it for family, I like it, it suits me, and all the food menus in the restaurant are delicious, none of them taste bad. Good service.
