The water sower is so small that sometimes it doesn't come out.

The staff is lacking and the response time is long.

Location was great, had nice bakery shop with great breads (tasty as well)

The hotel sandals, damaged swallow sandals, cramped rooms, stagnant water in the bathroom.

From year to year the quality decreases, in terms of cleanliness (bathroom), (the bed sheets are not replaced by previous guests because the smell from the previous room used is still sticking) hopefully the quality can be improved in the future

Just entering the room, the first thing that became the center of my attention was an unpleasant odor. Because my first impression didn't like it at the beginning, I better just leave it alone, anyway, just for a night's rest. In the morning I woke up with the smell of a very rancid bathroom, black water came out black and brown mixed with crust out from between the sidelines under the closet. And my wife screamed when opening her toilet, it turns out there was a big rat in the toilet. The picture is attached ... This hotel actually has the potential to be developed, because it is located in the city center and downtown of Jakarta. Unfortunately not maintained and cleanliness of the room is very lacking. Early I entered the room near the trash there was a dead cockroach, and on the edge of the mattress there was a cockroach child too. Cold nights wear blankets, uh, even can't sleep because of itching, there may be fleas or other small animals.

The hotel is pretty clean, but the facilities are very different from the ones in the photos. The table is a cigarette burnt table, there is no elevator so the stairs have to be manual. I really regret staying here.
