Sangat sangat recommend! Di samping hotelnya yang nyaman dan bagus, pelayanannya juga nggak kalah juara. Apalagi staff nya super duper ramah. Saya sedang tidak lebay tapi jujur itu yang terjadi di lapangan.

The staff is not polite, because there are guests who want to stay overnight, we are forced to leave the room at 12 o'clock. First tap on the door to check in the mini bar. Even though as far as I know the mini bar is checked if the guest has checked out. 12 o'clock right on the tap again he said he wanted to put in an extra bed because there are guests who want to stay overnight, hellowww I am not recently staying at the hotel Ms. 5 star hotels only can check out at 1. We also check-in only at 11pm. Hopefully the future will be even better. Oh the towel is also stained and I immediately asked for a change that night.

I had the most best experience stay at the new years day...the staff was kind and very attentive...

The place is comfortable, but the lighting of the lamp is a bit dark, hot water comes out a little.

Very pleasant place, clean and very friendly service. Initially we only wanted to stay 1 day and try another hotel. But because the place is fun and feels very Bali we finally extend so 4 days.

Good and strategic location and close to Kuta beach
