The swimming pool is very clean, the receptionist is friendly.

As for the staff, they were very nice, and there were no issues with them. However, it's a shame that the hotel itself needs more maintenance, including improvements to the air conditioning and bathroom equipment. It also needs updating its content and design.

The AC in the room leaked twice, the food was also just so-so, no variety, check in was 45 minutes late

The room was clean, the mattress and pillows were clean, the AC was cold, and the bathroom water heater worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. What I liked most was the swimming pool, which was quite long and clean. God willing, I'll be back again sometime.

The room for the grand deluxe type is quite big, only the bedsheet & cover have a lot of stains, finally I asked for a change and was immediately replaced by the housekeeping, even though when it was replaced there were still stains; ( Some corners of the room need repair, the bathroom is a bit narrow, the TV is not a smart TV so it is very boring, one of the lights in the room is dead, the swimming pool is quite large and clean, the breakfast tastes standard & is not very complete, maybe because it is a weekday & there are not too many guests, but I requested an omelette to be made, the elevator in the basement is a bit creepy, the hotel staff is quite friendly, when passing by in the hallway they always smile & greet, can park for free several times because I went out twice to look for food & play, the check-in process is fast & I can enter before 14.00, the checkout process is also fast, without deposit & without holding an ID card.

The bedsheets were stained, there were no slippers, and when we checked out at 2:30, there was no staff on duty at the front office, the water in the bathroom was small. Not as good as in the advertisement... The room smelled of cigarettes, the hot water was not on

The pleasant atmosphere, especially when you are tired and want to rest and staycation at the Kyriad Hotel, is more comfortable.

The hotel staff is very friendly, check-in process is fast, free parking is mandatory to ask for a stamp from the receptionist, the room is also quite spacious, but unfortunately the two rooms I booked when I arrived smelled of cigarette smoke, I complained but the smell still persisted even though I had requested a non-smoking room. The plus and minus is when it rains there is a leak in the room, water seeps from the window splashing onto the curtains, plus the water in the bathroom flows slowly and not strongly. Hopefully in the future it can be improved. The place is nice and comfortable, that's the only downside

The breakfast cakes from SM taste the variety is not so good, otherwise I'm satisfied

Airport pickup was limited and reportedly only available for Avanzas, not for large groups. It's quite far from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The room smelled of cigarettes, was lacking in cleanliness, and the water heater was broken. The building is old and looks like it needs more renovations.

The hotel is clean, the food is the best👍. I ordered the tom yum, it was really delicious, the sauce was really flavorful and the portion was quite large👍🥰. Keep it up everyone👍🥰

Airport hotel, but still 40 minutes from the airport. No assistance with check-in; carry your own luggage. The bathroom shower stall was clogged, and the water was low.

Stayed because of a late night arrival, everything was good, the breakfast was great. 👍🏻
