The room is spacious, it's just a shame the sheets aren't very clean

Everything is okay. The only thing that's missing is the WiFi because it doesn't work in the room.

Location close to city center

The facilities are comfortable, but perhaps because the walls are thin, I woke up several times from neighbors closing the door loudly or shifting furniture.

Strategic location, close to many tourist attractions. The hotel's surroundings also make it easy to find food and necessities like Indomaret, laundry, food stalls, etc. The rooms are comfortable, safe, and the facilities are decent. The towels need improvement as they feel very rough on the skin.

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel location is strategic. Laundry place in front of the hotel, breakfast place is also close. 👍👍

recommended huh... want to come here again with my family... the hot and cold shower is really strong... awesome... the downside is that the room is not soundproof... so sounds from outside can be heard from inside the room. thanks

the room is comfortable, clean and fragrant. Unfortunately there is no electric kettle with tea and coffee. There are only 2 bottles of mineral water. Each room has calligraphy of the Throne verse and calligraphy of the words of Allah. The Quran is also available. The AC works well. There is no telephone. So if there is a complaint, come directly to the receptionist. To reach the location must be more careful because the position is in an alley. There is an Indomaret around the hotel but not 24 hours. But there is a grocery store that is open until midnight.

The management took advantage of the situation, initially I didn't know that I had the wrong date when booking the hotel, but when I wanted to check in the staff didn't check carefully and I had been given the room key, after that the staff informed me that I had the wrong date, and could rebook on that day, but at an unreasonable price, as if the price was deliberately increased.. for the room in my opinion it was uncomfortable with a mattress that made a sound when moving position, it was very disturbing to the person sleeping next to it, for the room I occupied in 216 the bathroom door couldn't be closed properly.. hopefully it can be improved in the future for room service and service during check in

It's worth it for that price, it doesn't disappoint.

The room is clean, spacious, and there is definitely a prayer mat so you don't need to bother bringing one.
