The staff is friendly and the hotel is comfortable and the breakfast is varied.

Please improve the service. It's true that check-in should be at least 2 pm, at least by the second set, the room should be ready. We waited until 4 pm, and the room still wasn't ready. It's annoying to wait, tired and needing rest, and the room hasn't been ready since 2 pm. Since people check out at 12 pm, how can one room take three hours to clean? Please improve this.

The hotel is strategically located near the city center.

Security staff Mr. Wawan is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included, favorite is Jakarta style porridge. There is self laundry and ironing.

First experience staying at Holiday Inn Jakarta because I had work, but I also brought my family to stay and we arrived at the hotel around 13.30, but it turned out that the room was ready..usually in other hotels check in can only be done after 2 pm.. The breakfast provided was also delicious and varied..the staff were friendly and helpful.. It's just that the carpet in the room was dirty with lots of spots and still dusty..Maybe more attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the carpet, especially for guests who have allergies like us.. Overall we were satisfied and will definitely choose to stay at Holiday Inn again next time.

The room lighting and lamps are very dim and should be brighter, especially for senior citizens and families with young children. Consider using brighter bulbs. The bathroom floor is slippery, and there's no hand bidet. It also lacks a water hose for ablution, making it not Muslim-friendly. Breakfast was rather bland and lacked variety, not as good as it used to be. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Been to Jakarta a few times for work, and Holiday Inn Express Wahid Hasyim has been my go-to spot when I need something quick, clean, and well-located. The hotel isn’t trying to be flashy, but that’s what I like about it — it’s practical. You check in, get your room, and settle in fast. No fuss. The staff are friendly and helpful, and that helps a lot, especially bila sampai penat after meetings or flight delay. Location wise, memang best. Right in the middle of town — jalan kaki je to Sarinah, Grand Indonesia, cafes, even MRT. Kalau you’re the type who wants to mix business and chill time, this area really works. Room dia compact but well-thought-out. Bed comfortable, shower okay, Wi-Fi stable — all the basics covered. And I appreciate the Express Breakfast — nothing over the top, but ada nasi goreng, eggs, kopi… cukup to start the day. Overall, for a short business trip or even a quick staycation, this hotel delivers. No drama, no nonsense. Just a solid, reliable place that does what it promises.

The hotel is very strategically located. Good room cleanliness. Cold AC. Quite good and complete facilities.

close to MRT, the road to the HI roundabout is also close, the hotel is clean, the hotel staff are very friendly, next time I will stay here again

saran saja ya, pada saat check in minta tolong front office menanyakan kepada tamu apakah memerlukan skiat, pasta gigi, laundry bag, sisir atau tidak, walaupun memang ada info di toilet kalau memerlukan itu bisa meminta ke receptionist tapi lebih baik jika ditawarkan duluan dan petunjuk kiblat tidak ada.

Clean hotel, excellent service.

I've stayed here twice and it's really nice, even though I stayed in a standard room twice, it was comfortable and nice overall, I want to try the type with a view, hehe, next time.

Very close to the city center and the services are satisfying.

The shower is bad, the water is very small so it's uncomfortable to shower. Room 910, but apart from the shower everything is okay.

Second time staying here, overall always satisfied. Especially the strategic location.
