Nice hotel, luxurious.... but old. There are 3 TVs in the room, in the living room, in the room, and in the bathroom but none of them can be used because it's still cable TV :) I can hear the next room yelling at their child. The pool is nice but relatively small. There is a garden next to the pool but it's just a garden. There is a kids club but there are few toys, it gets boring quickly. Luxurious, but boring. I hope all hotels in Medan can improve.

The downside is the lack of vegetarian/vegan dishes.

Nice hotel.. Quite happy with the varied breakfast menu.. Small meals with appropriate portions and delicious taste, with quite a lot of variety. Strategic location, just walking distance to the nearest busy center. Hotel facilities are maintained very well. Gym facilities are very complete compared to gyms in other hotels.

The service at the hotel in delivering things to the room is terrible, from water to es batu, it will take an enormous time. Breakfast breads seem to be extremely old; the croissant feels like it was made 2 days back, and the same is with loaf bread. The hotel is at a great location and has extremely comfortable rooms, but service needs improvement.

I always want to come back here. Complete facilities, close to everything. Especially since Sun Plaza is only a 5-minute walk away. Perfect for a family or couple's getaway 🥰
