Having full board meals was a delightful surprise! And the food is awesome by the way! Will definitely come back! Beds are really comfy!

Our family enjoyed Vitalis Villas. The staff from reception, restaurant and maintenance as well as the drivers of the shuttle were very accommodating and attentive to our needs. Same goes with the staff in vitalis white sands, where we enjoyed the beach. Food was sumptuous and overflowing. Eat your hearts out! The rooms were clean and comfortable. We requested for a packed breakfast due an early morning check-out . They agreed and ready for pick/up at 5:30 am! Super efficient! We will definitely come back! Place is worth the price!

The resort amenities were insufficient to support a fully booked status. The buffet ran out of food. There was no hot water in the villa we occupied. The golf carts to get to the pool were unavailable. I did not get the value for my money for the experience so it was very disappointing. Given that bad experience, this resort is very much overrated and overpriced. Be forewarned!
