This is a family-friendly hotel. The rooms are neat, spacious, and comfortable. The downside is that the music from the adjacent nightclub can still be heard inside.

My child received a balloon and a gift from the staff at breakfast. The hotel is kid-friendly. Children under 10 still receive breakfast free.

Almost perfect for the food and view of the dining place, because not everyone can stay here, yes to enjoy the service and facilities. But it's a shame that it's my first time staying here with many things that are not fulfilled. I booked a room with a city view but what I got was like the photo ☹️. Then I booked a room on the top floor but was given a room on the ground floor. Then I ordered 1 bed but was given 2 beds. Well, I don't really complain about the other things, just the view is very disappointing when I wake up in the morning hoping to see something nice, but instead the view is dirty outside. Hopefully the service can be better 🙏

My first business trip and stay in Samarinda, I highly recommend the Harris Samarinda Hotel. Besides the comfortable rooms, the friendly staff, delicious food, and a wide variety of breakfast options, there's even a dance during breakfast, which makes it fun. Harris Samarinda is a great choice.
