Not clean, very old facility and breakfast is not what I hope. But the staffs are very friendly and supportive.

The hotel has good location, the staffs were nice but the breakfast start serving at 8 am, a little late if you were there for working like me. Breakfast should starts earlier. Also the room wasn’t clean properly, there was some fruit left in the refrigerator from previous guest.

The room is spacious. But warm water does not work Parking is less. Whoever comes late, no parking.

Very good location in an alley off the main road makes for a low level of noise while still very close to Bangkok city life. Friendly staff, nice room.

I kicked the nail in the room, the room was not beautiful. And breakfast is not ok. But the young girl who looked like a boy served very well, if not for her, the hotel would have only a minus point

The hotel is convenient to move. There are a few shops around to make up for terminals 21 quite close and Emporium

Overall, very good, but if people have big luggage. I do not recommend it because it is high. You do not have to lift the staff very well. It is recommended for people who are interested in the place to eat very well. Overall very like.

Old room and facilities. No lift., I was tired to go up by stairway.

Great staff. The room is the type Thai hotel. It was great new however little maintenance now. Water damaged from the shower, aircon was very dirty. I think for the price there are much better places to stay.

I stay on the 4th floor without elevator. Well, good reason for lkttle exercise. The walk way needs maintenance as there are cracks on the steps and the handle is not right. Inside the room is clean and comfy though it smells old. The bed is so nice and I love it. Staff is friendly and helpful. Big thanks for Khun Dech. However, my check in gone wrong as they couldnt find my booking. Seems they have communication problems as they didn't receive my email confirmation even I was there amd sent twice.

The air is not cold, the smell of the staff does not use the morning shift like a service. Not ready to work I have a late night shift. Air is better than the first room. Good service Price is not appropriate for what it receives.

I have to change a little. Water not warm Service very good. Good to have a good sleep in the shower.

Normal Aspira brand will have better standards. Disappointed

The staff found that smoking in the room. In spite of not smoking Then there is the saying that the room next to the check out because it can not smoke.
