Strategic location, right in front of the Greenbelt mall. Affordable price, cleanliness is also good. Food tastes good, not expensive

I love this place. save and comfort.

I had a night at The Charter House on the 8th of November. I arrived at 9 pm, very very tired but the welcome from security at the door, reception and the valet was amazing, no pressure at all. And provided a room service straight away. I shall be going back there in a months time without any hesitation.

Pros: -Very courteous staffs. -Clean room and affordable price. -Convenient location. Cons: -Can't access Wifi. -Cable went out at the only time I wanted to watch TV.

The location is very good only the breakfast menu is limited.

Walking distance to many Embassies, Greenbelt shopping Mall and restaurants with a convenience store with door connecting to the hotel. Great place to stay if you travel out of the country or out of town as it is near to airport.

The staff were very friendly and very accommodating - Guards were very respectful - Food in the resto were above average - Water in the shower comparable to a child pee...low pressure - Water heater was uncontrollable...hot at the beginning but after awhile it became frigid

its okay. the room is clean and the staff are accomodating. the breakfast doesnt taste very decent. their tapa was too dry. and it was not indicated that they ask for 1thou peso for safety deposit. it was returned the next day so its okay. so you just need to maybe indicate it on the policies so we can prepare extra cash

Location is good and near Greenbelt. You can roam around even at night. Room is well-kept and comfy enough. I booked this hotel bec of the rooftop pool but it looks like it’s not a perk you’re going to enjoy here. But the rooftop itself is nice minus the view.

Rooms were beyond what we expected. The room is very comfortable for staycation and we really had a goodnight sleep. Plus points for the great location as Greenbelt Mall is just across the street!

Lack of manpower during breakfast though waiters were still courteous. But food is worth the wait.

Place is clean and staff are nice. Simple but yummy breakfast. 7-11 is next door. Across Greenbelt 5. Very convenient. Will book again next time.

My guests stay was good, was asking for a simple birthday greetings to be put at the bed but the FO says they don't do that.

The shower is cold, noisy area.
