the place is near the beach, clean and comfortable, check in is not complicated. no additional costs are asked like "red" lodging 🤭 safe, lots of CCTV for example in the parking lot and in the corridor outside the room. the rate per night is cheap, only 130 thousand including VAT. the downside, there is no hot water. the room is not soundproof, it looks like the wall is from a duplex (but on average it's like that for cheap hostels in Padang 🤭🤭) the towels are very small. not enough to be wrapped around the waist. parking lot, no canopy 😬 the rest is okay, I think I will still stay there again 🤭

The location is close to the beach, Siti Nurbaya bridge and near the old town of Padang. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious.

I booked the cheapest room. When checking in, it seemed that there was a double booking. The owner is very responsible and cares about his guests. I was moved to a homestay across the street, placed in a doormitory room for 4 people, but the owner only gave me the room. The owner's service is extraordinary. The doormitory room itself is very clean, the air conditioning is cold, fragrant, the bathroom is clean and there is a terrace or balcony for smoking. With a room price of IDR 130 thousand, what I got was worth far more than what I paid. Thank you to Yani Homestay. No wonder the homestay is always full, especially since it is located in the middle of the city and there are many delicious stalls or restaurants around it. Highly recommended 👍.

Suasana terlalu bising dan kurang selesa

Lokasi oke dan strategis banget nih, dekat pantai dan banyak yang jual makanan sekitaran homestay. Kamar bersih, kamar mandinya juga, kasur empuk, AC dingin, ada water dispenser, ada kopi dan teh di pagi hari, wifi kencang dan aman. Sayang aja shower ga ada air panasnya, siaran TV banyak gak ada, tapi gak masalah.

The staff mostly play games on their cellphones, when asked they don't connect. especially the homestay opposite the nipah coffee shop (opposite the haustea)
