Stayed here for 3 days, when I entered the room, the sofa was a bit sticky, the bathroom didn't seem to be cleaned much as seen from the mirror and the inside. The bed was a bit small but the room was very spacious. What was more annoying was the water heater kept jamming, while taking a shower the water suddenly turned cold and then turned very hot again. How many times did I have to report it to get it fixed, it was really annoying. The only decent thing was the breakfast and being able to watch YouTube. The receptionist when I checked in at night was very friendly and had braces, the next day she changed to someone else but she was less friendly.

The advantage of this hotel is that it has a balcony and a fairly spacious room, plus the cool atmosphere of Lembang makes a staycation here even more romantic.

This is the first time I've stayed at this hotel and I was surprised that the cleanliness was very lacking. I happened to stay in a standard room and asked to move rooms from 302 to 310 because there was a lot of dust. The AC wasn't cold and there was no wifi 🫣🙂‍↕️We finally asked to move rooms because there was no elevator. Then I was surprised that when breakfast arrived, they asked me to add 30 thousand rupiah because my child was 7 years old. I was surprised that this was the first time I had to pay for breakfast even though it was free on my application, but we still paid and I saw that it wasn't just me and other guests, but I was surprised that Bali would fix the system this time. Thank you 🙏
